Languages I speak: English, Latvian (probably useless) and a little bit Russian.
What is Ghosting? and give an example: Ghosting is when a
dead player gives information to others, through server text chat, server voice chat or other means of communication.
Example: A player is the last one left on the Runners team. He comes across a chance trap with a 50-50 chance of walking throught the correct door/hole. Then some player on the spectator team noclips over to the Death team and looks at the buttons pressed, then tells the last player standing which door/hole he should use. Another example is to say which traps are/aren't activated. (On some maps this may not work because the buttons might not dissappear when pressed.)
How would you deal with a disrespectful player?: I would first ask what the problem is and let them explain it. I would then calmly explain that being disrespectful can result in muting or a warning. If the issue continues, I would warn them. After that, if they are still being disrespectful, I would mute or gag him, depending on which chat he uses. When the map finishes and the player gets unmuted and the issue is still persistent, I would kick him and inform him to higher ranking staff members.
Why I should be chosen: I consider myself pretty mature for my age. I don't have a lot of experience being staff on Garry's Mod servers, however, I have owned a Minecraft server and been staff on the largest Minecraft server in my country. I have always tried my best to not abuse my powers and use them only when necessary. I log on the server almost every day, if not every day and have made a lot of new friends on it. I absolutely love this community and would like to help improve it by getting rid of trolls, hackers (excluding MrBuzzkill of course), spammers etc. I will admit, I am pretty new to Garry's Mod (only 50 hours), but I have always tried to help players who don't understand something, are frustrated about something or don't like something. I also speak russian a tiny bit so I can help explain a situation to players who speak only russian. (I've seen staff members struggling to explain something to someone who didn't understand a single word in english.)
