1.What is ghosting?
Ghosting is when a player, who is dead, gives information on a player/players to a member of the opposite team and/or the entire opposite team.
An example of this is when a dead player reveals a combination to a trapped door, or tells the runners which platform (that are trapped) to stand on so they wont die. Or even if the trap is activated.
Another example of ghosting is when a dead player reveals the location of an alive player.

2.How would you deal with a disrespectful player?
Frustrated player (I.e Someone who just died)
I would attempt to calm the player by talking in a nice manner (Or texting). After doing this I would warn him/her to not be disrespectful again. If he/she does not calm down I will mute/gag (depending on if he is texting or using mic). After a few rounds I would ungag/unmute the player. Hopefully they have stopped and have calmed down, but if not, I would warn he/she again. If he continues to do so i would kick him or notify an Admin to ban him. If there are no Admins online, I would fill out a report for the player on the forums.
Being insulting
I would warn the player to stop, if he/she continued I would mute/gag and leave them until the map changed. If he rejoined to avoid the punishment I would warn he/she again for avoiding punishment then re-gag/mute the player. If he/she kept doing so, I would notify an Admin to ban the player or fill a report on the forums.
Fighting players
I would attempt to calm the players down and help resolve the fight. If they are still being disrespectful to each other I would warn them. If they still carry on, I would gag/mute them (depending on how they were communicating). I would leave them gagged/muted for a few minutes (giving time for them to calm down). If they still continued I would warn them both for being disrespectful and gag/mute them until map change. If after map change or they avoid the punishment and carry on being disrespectful I would call an admin to ban them or fill a report on the forums.

3.Why I should be chosen:
I have had experience as a staff member on Gmod. I was a staff member on Gentlemen Gamers' Deathrun, Jailbreak and ToyBox server. I am good at resolving arguments and keeping peace on servers so that players can have an enjoyable time. I never take sides unless a player is being disrespectful to staff and/or other players.
I feel like I could make a good moderator and help keep the servers populated, played and keep a happy environment.

-Awfully similar, just MrBuzzKill's application contains more words.
The disrespect paragraphs were the dead giveaway.

Then again it is only natural if you're friends with him, by which it looks like it.

-Activity could improve, perhaps play daily instead of larger amounts on random days. Consistent activity is always better.

-You don't need to ungag/unmute someone manually, normally you should just wait until the map ends, they will be automatically ungagged/unmuted when the map changes. If you truly think they've learnt their lesson, by all means do so.

Apart from that:

-Application is very neat, questions are well answered.
-Nice and friendly in game.
-Experienced with powers, according to application and MrBuzzKill.
