Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin.
Ive learned how to handle each kind of diffrent rulebreakers. ive teached alot during my time especialy my trainer that teached me very well. im respecting all users all time and doing my duty wery well.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user).
I am never playing alone im always playing with higher ranked staff that can help me if there is any probs, but no ive never been in a situation like this

If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?
Welcome Moderator of SSRP i will go trough all that you need to your training. Lets start!
F1 System

This is what you need to know about the f1 system, The reports/Admin requests f1 reports are made daily of users that reports rulebreaks or need help, you right click on the report and press handle to handle the report. You also have logs, logs can you use to provide information about who killed and got killed, you can see who changes jobs, and see who got arrested, most of your work you will need the logs.
Warns
By pressing F6 you can see peoples warns, if they have been warned before or not, you use this if you are in a sit where a person brakes a rule and you use F6 to see his latest warn if you bust him doing something, if he has been warned for it before you can warn him for it again and without verbally warning him for it, if he has never been warned for that rule you can verbally warn him and explaing him the rules.

Commands

/tp <Name or SteamID>

-/tp is being used for teleporting a player or youreself to a place where you point at

/back <Name or SteamID>
/backspawn <Name or SteamID>

-/back teleports you to your last location you use this after youre done with f1`s to return to your last RP location
-/backspawn is used to teleport you back to the spawn, you use this when you have teleported twice in an f1 if you dont have a /back to goto or getting people that brake nlr back to spawn

/warn <Name or SteamID> <Reason>
/unwarn <Name or SteamID>

-/warn You use this to warn a player that has broken a server rule
-/unwarn you use this to unwarn a player that you either accidently warned or you got told by another staff member to give him an verbally warn instead
NOTE: After 3 active warnings they will be kicked and after 4 they will be banned for 1 hour

/bring <Name or SteamID>

-/bring brings a player to you, you can bring a player to you if they are dead or else its not getting used since its really buggy

/kick <Name or SteamID> <Reason>

-/kick is used to kick players that are either propspamming or not listening to you and wont remove props that is in the way for other people or propblocking if its no admin or higher online

/slay <Name or SteamID>

-/slay is used to slay a person that dosent want to drop a weapon nor holstering it (this is hardly used)

/goto <Name or SteamID>

/goto is used to go to an person
Keypad Checker
Keypad checker is used to check if the keypads that are on the side of the fading doors is connected and checking how long time its toggeled when its open, its used when people are reporting illeagel bases. (sometimes there is no keypads to the fading door and you have to say to the user that he has to have 1 keypad on both sides)

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

I would have asked the staff member that banned him about what happened and discussed for what his verdict will be.
And probaly responded with this:

I have spoken to the staff member that banned you and we have decided to accept your ban appeal you are now unbanned and can rejoin the server but please dont repeat this again

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words).
I have done alot of f1`s and doing my best while im on duty, i try to do atleast 5-7 f1`s a day as i am on the zarp on both servers. ive dedicated nearly all my free time on zarp. i have catched alot of rulebreakers. i ask always when im unsure about things. i really enjoy being staff at Zarp SSRP and hope to continue that as long as i can. i would be able to do more work when i am an admin and that would have been great. i will try to use most of time dedicated to Zarp SSRP.
