Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin.
I love being a Moderator and im Sure the experience i gathered would help me as an admin. i want to help zarp at becoming a better place and i know this might sound a bit power hungry but you cant handle everything with warnings . as an example a few days ago i was the Only moderator online and there were a bunch of rule breakers. i warned them for the rules that they broke , they got banned after they got kicked for the 3. warn. thats not really something good since its like you have to wait for them to break rules 4 times so they get temporarilly banned. (Im not talking about the little Rule breakers like Disrespecting or False Demote im talking about the Mass RDMers and the guys trying to make the server crash).

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user). There was a Player (EG: HANZ) . He accused another player (EG: PETERZ) of Hacking and made a F1 about it. He didnt had any Proof. I know PETERZ so i could understand why HANZ accused him of hacking. PETERZ Gave me some Screenshots of his GMOD Display to show me that he didnt use any hacks. Since he could have also turned em off and then screenshot i didnt believe him. The F1 ended without anyone getting warned/kicked/banned or anything like that since There was no Proof to be found.That F1 was really challenging for me since i never have encountered a F1 about a Hacker before.

If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?
Alright first congratulations to SSRP Moderator . id like you to Change ur job to Mod on Duty so i can start ur training . It doesnt matter if your on Duty or not but you'll always see the words * Unhandled requests (F1) at the bottom left of the screen as long as there isnt anyone handling the F1's. Please go equip the "Admin Keypad Checker". Just like the Name says its a Tool used for Checking if a Keypad or a Button is connected to a Prop. You use the Left mouse button to Check what the Keypad or button is connect to and the Right mouse button to clear the Lines that will appear on your Screen when u check.
Next up is the Teleport comand. There are 4 Commands used for teleporting.
The first one is :/tp [Name] . This command Teleports a User to the Point your looking at. You can also use this to teleport yourself if you Binded it correctly.
Next up is the /bring [Name] command. this one is a bit buggy and you should use it to teleport Dead players to you. This command will revive them and Bring em to you.
The next Command is /goto [Name]. With this Command you can teleport yourself to a Players. Use this for F1's.
The last Teleportation Command is /back [Name]. This Command will teleport a player to his Previous postition that he was at before he got teleported the last time. Use this for F1's aswell.
Now ill explain the Other commands.
First is the Kick command. This Command will Kick a Player from a server. /kick Example.
The next one is the Unban from job command which can be accesed from the Tab Menu. Hold tab,Press on a player and press Unban from job . Here u can see All jobs (A-Z). Use this Command if someone got false demoted.
Now we are at the Freeze and Slay command. You can freeze a player Indefinitely,10 seconds,30 Seconds,1 Minute,5 Minutes and 10 Minutes. If you freeze a Player Indefinitely Then you can type /unfreeze [Name] to unfreeze him again.The Slay command is a Command that will kill a player. there are 4 Types of slaying, Normal,Silent,Explode and Rocket. Dont abuse this Command. You can write /slay [Name] to kill a player the normal way. And now we are at the Last command called Mute. Mute is just like the name says going to Mute a Player. You can use it by either choosing it on the tab Menu or by writing /mute [Name] . Use it when theres a Micspammer.
You might have noticed that you have a different menu instead of the Report Menu when u press F1. You now can see the F1's, Their Subject, the Staff member handling the F1 and how long the F1 is. If a F1 is about RDM and older than 10 Minutes then you shouldnt Handle it.
You can check the logs at F1 aswell by pressing F1 and clicking on logging. Here you can see Dates and as an Example : KILL: Example1 was killed by Example2 with a m9k_psg1. You should use this Menu incase your in a F1 about RDM or NLR. Now we are going to Talk about the Warning Menu where you can see the Warnings or Punishments of a Player. Press F6 and youll see Nothing at first. Click on Select Player and select someone.Now youll see their punishments,Dates of Punishments,Type of Punishments,reason of Punishments and who punished the Player.To warn a Player write /warn [Name] Reason. Please Always warn with a Reason.This will be the End of your Training. Have you got any Questions?
Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban.
Hello. I Read your Ban appeal and i thank you for taking the time to write this. I will discuss it with the Other staff members. I will let you know if you have become unbanned from the server.Id like to see you on the Server again Hopefully without breaking rules . I will try my best to get you unbanned but please dont Rulebreak again when you are unbanned .

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words).
Many Players need an admin instead of an moderator in their F1. I'd like to help the Players myself too instead of calling other people via Admin chat because i cant Handle the F1 as a Moderator. i might have not written 150 Words but a Few words can Also be better then 150 words .Also id like to get the Promotion because i would be able to make Events, and cause i could grab the people and noclip with them to a roof instead of teleporting me and the user there for F1s .
