Explain "Random Deathmatch" and give an example scenario. Random Death Match RDM is when say someone kills someone for no reason e.g Player X brings out a gun and shoots player Y when player Y was just walking around doing nothing wrong . I'll give one more. Lets say you were a police officer and you were walking around looking for crimes, then someone comes up to you who's wanted and kills you, even although the officer did not see the wanted person niether did he have his taser/arrest baton out<-- Examples are good, definition is vague. Players might have reasons out of RP, therefore their kill will still be classified as RDM


Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario. A police officer is raiding (e.g a drug bust) someone kills him he then goes back to that location and continues the raid and acts like he never died. Ok so this also means a player cannot go back to that location were they died. for 3 minutes. So if somebody is getting raided and they have printers there they might go back to their base for a revenge kill. The player must completly forget everything to do with their death in there past life. <-- This is messy. You're mixing examples with the actual definition. It's not bad, but it's really unorganized and quite confusing at first glance.


Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario. When someone in ooc (Out-Of-Character) says something like "Where do you live in game" that is metagaming <-- You're explaining metagaming using an example? Please use an actual definition of what metagaming is, and bear in mind that not only players who give IC info OOC are metagaming. The players who use OOC info IC are also metagaming.
Here's another one. There's a hitman and a hit has just been placed on Player X. The hitman then asks in OOC where is Player X. And thats it<-- Not a bad example.

Explain how you would handle the following situation: Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x. I would take both Player's to a secluded area, I would then ask Player X for some details (away from talking range of player Y) of the situation like where it happened if he had a KOS sign. Then I would ask Player Y the same questions. I would then check the location considering if it was Player Y's base and if he had a KOS sign up then Player Y would get told that he had a KOS sign and that it was ok for Player Y.<-- Oh, where should I start. There are a billion different scenarios and a billion different types of people. You don't restrain your handling to just a case regarding a base, do you? Bear in mind that players can also KOS you on their private properties, if you're tresspasing, even without a KOS sign. You should first ask player Y for his reason. Then if its invalid/inexistent, apply your punishment. If he gives a valid reason, further proof is required from player X.


Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.
Player Y would recieve a warn as well as 3 minute jail <-- This shouldn't be the way you're handling a situation at all. You don't hand warns like flyers. What if player X RDMed player Y, then starts shooting again at him in spawn, but this time player Y managing to kill him in self-defense? Player Y would recieve an unfair warning. You must not rush your judgement, always ask for proof, and consider the infinite number of possibilities. Bear in mind you cannot jail.


Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided
In this situation I would warn Player X for metagming. <-- Not a bad way of handling. They are usually let off with a verbal first, but it's up to you how you manage your punishments.

Ive seen you on server Harassing as Police, So My Judgement is neutral

The NLR explanation is completely wrong you would have what happened because player x could of went to spawn lets just say and started shooting at player y first but player y killed him or it could be the bank or PD are getting raided so there allowed break NLR and there is no need to jail them for 3 minutes just warn them and put them back to spawn if they come back straight away just warned them again

Last two situations are rushed, you don't ask for proof in your NLR or RDM reports, your NLR and metagaming explanations need to be improved slightly, I don't get a very good impression of you in game when I see you. I have heard bad things from other people, so I'm going to go with a
