Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin.
This will be my 4th week of moderator and i steadily do f1's and I feel like i can be a great addition to the admin team cause like today (yesterday), i came in the server and in 3 minutes there were 8 f1's and no admins online and theyre had to be bans so we had to call admins to come online ban them and then they can leave again.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user).
I cant really remember an problem that was really an obstacle, maybe sometimes like when multiple people got involved in the RDM or anything and you just cant keep them silent or people who start disrespecting you cause you warned them for a rule break, things like that.

If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?
First of all. Congratulations on getting accepted on moderator.

Lets start right off with the training, First were gonna talk about the F1 menu.
As a user you used F1 to make a report on a rulebreaker. Now as a mod you will see all the reports that got sent in. If you wanna do that F1, Right click it and select handle this F1. If you right click it again you will be able to go to the player and you can stay where he is to do his F1 or you can TP yourself and him to a roof to talk in private. Make sure the reporter got proof of the rulebreak of the guy that got reported. The logs cant always be trusted in some situations.
When your done with the F1, go to the F1 menu again and right click your report and finish it.
Try to do always F1's cause we dont wanna let them get stacked up.

Now all the things you can do as an moderator:
First of all you cant ban people as an moderator, you will need to call an admin to ban someone.
You got the command /kick You probably wont need it that much but like when there is a Mass RDMer on the server and no admins. Save his SteamID and kick him, when you see an admin online tell the admin what he did and the steamID and the admin will ban him for you.
Next command is /slay . Slay is something you almost never really need. Its more used for when someone RDMed and you feel right he needs to get slain and go back to spawn and lose his gun from the rulebreak.
You got /freeze . you can do this for a few seconds, a few minutes, or forever. This is most time used if you see someone Mass RDM right in front of you to freeze him to stop the RDM.
You got /tp . this is your teleport, you use this to get on roofs to do there the F1, to get to admin area's, or to teleport a player to you for the F1. You got /goto . /goto is also in the F1 if you right click it, it will allow you to go to the player who made the F1.
you got /back . its for when you TP a reported player on a roof and you will TP him back to his last location he was in to allow him further his RP experience.
You got Unban from job. when a false demote comes and he gets demoted you can unban the guy from the job so he can become it again.
That is about it. Remember. when you need to warn someone, go to tab, click his player name and copy his steamID. if you do like /warn buzz there is a possibility you warn the wrong person, so always warn with steamID. and you wont need to remember really the commands cause if you wanna TP someone. go to tab and click on his name and you will get all the commands i just told you for the person.

Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
(Well this is sort of a trick question cause if i banned him i cant awnser it myself but lets just pretend i can do it for this time )
Hello player x. Ive looked trough the ban list and it seems i banned you permanently for propspam. I can see your sorry about your actions and wanna have another chanche. I will reduce the ban to 1 week so you can re-read the rules so you wont get permbanned again. Accepted!

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words).
I got a feeling im ready for Admin. Im pretty active (not like the no lifers but just good active) and i wanna take it further so i wont have to call an admin for every ban needed. I got a good understanding of the rules, im already trusted with admin powers on the TTT server so trust wont be the issue. I made alot of new friends cause of DarkRP and i wanna help them more by getting admin. I really hope i get accepted if i dont i will just wait that 1 week to improve on the reason i get denied and then that next week i will try again . thank you for reading my app guys!

(I will say that in every application i make, COLOUR ISNT A MUST!. It is just to make it look nicer but i wanna keep it profesional)
