When it will be appropriate to use the ban command?
It's appropriate use the ban command can either be little offences which warrants a ban or lot of rule breaks that warrant worse ban times. Depends the situation from individual to individual I could use the ban command in next ways:
-If someone is using hacks it is a Permanent ban.
-If someone is warned continues doing so gets kicked and rejoins to continue breaking rules little temp ban will be enough. This often happens with players that just join the server to break rules (trolls). They get warned for it, ignore the warnings and avoid the punishments.
-If someone is mass disrespecting constantly and avoids gags/mutes by rejoining a temp ban is enough.
-If someone is being racist and gets warned to stop doing so (as well as warned with the command) and continues on being racist to get on peoples nerves a temp ban of decent length would be appropriate.

How could your promotion help this?:
I have been few cases i had need more commands.
Once there was guy who mass disrespected everyone, ignored warnings and avoid gag and mute by rejoin


Why I should be promoted:

Zarp servers has become habit to me and i really like the servers and nice staff.
It has been pleasure play on these servers and being mod. I want to help these servers more than mod can.
Everyday in these servers come new people and someone break rules. That is normal, but there is days when need to use spawn command or ban and there is no admins on.
My game activity is highly rising because after everyday i like more and more Zarp servers.
When there is more staff online i think breaking rules is not so usual.

It would be pleasure to be admin.
