(The questions are not part of the template however I will add them just to prove I know to an extent what I am talking about)

What is Ghosting? and give an example: Ghosting is where a dead player gives information (true or false ) that could alter a players' decision.

Ghosting can be anything up to a dead player telling an alive player whether the deaths are AFK, telling them the code, or even telling the alive player if the trap is left or right, it all depends on the situation I guess.
But in short it is as I explained at first.

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?: I would first ask them politely to stop and if the situation gets out of hand and the player in question carries on this behaviour then a gag/mute or whatever platform the user used to insult the other, And issue a warning. Telling the player the reason for the punishment.

Why I should be chosen: I have a lot of experience being a staff member and know the responsibility that comes with it, however I believe I have the criteria to be a good staff member on deathrun. I only ever play on deathrun #2 which may explain why some of you from deathrun #1 may have never seen me before. I have had a few run ins with staff members which I am not very proud of but I hope we can put it behind us because it is not at all who I am as a person. I was once told that my personality was unlikable, by the staff members of FP RP.
Which is fair enough, and I have changed in that time, I may still be unlikable by most but by the majority of deathrun that I can call my friends I hope they can support me in this venture.

You're normally a nice guy, good activity and gametime. I'm pretty sure you have recent warnings though. I can't check right now.

You look like a guy that is capable of doing his job as a Moderator but you can get really really mad easily. It doesnt matter in the end though and I am sure you will try your best to be a Professional Moderator.
And try to play on both Servers. As a Moderator you will have to switch servers anyways so you might wanna play there now.

Its kinda worrying to see that people are still mentioning your anger problems. You had anger problems on jailbreak and then you were demoted from Admin on FPs roleplay server because of your aggressive auditute and abuse. If your still having anger problems then I find it hard to believe that you would not abuse your powers like you have done in the past.

I do believe I have matured and during my time away from FP, Experienced a position of Head Admin in another community, to which I did not abuse my powers.
I assure you I have changed, if my anger towards dying in game was a genuine Issue I wouldn't have so many staff members +supporting me.

I really do thank you for the concern EMP but I assure you I have changed, and I will carry on doing so as time goes by.
