Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario.
Random Death Match, or 'RDM' is a term used when someone is killed for a not valid RP reason, a example of this is where, Player 1 is setting up a shop, and Player 2 killed Player 1. This means that Player 2 RDM'd Player 1, because he didn't have a valid RP reason to do so.

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario.
New Life Rule, or 'NLR' is a term used when someone returns back to the district where they died within 3 minutes, a example of this is where Player 1 has a base with printers, he then gets raided by Player 2, Player 1 then returns back in under 3 minutes and kills Player 2, therfore Player 1 is breaking 'NLR', New Life Rule.

Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario.
Metagaming is where someone uses Out of Character information to use in-character, a example of this is where Player 1, is using a 3rd party application(Teamspeak, Skype, etc) to talk to Player 1. Then someone raids Player 1 and 2 but Player 2 is out of the base, then Player 1 shouts down the 3rd party application that they are being raided and then Player 2 comes and kills the raider, Player 1 and Player 2 are both metagaming.

Explain how you would handle the following situations:

Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.
After finding out via the logs that Player y did infact kill Player x, I would ask Player x to upload any evidence of Player y, actually RDMing him, I would also ask Player y to show me proof that he didn't RDM him, unless either of them could provide sufficient evidence I will not punish Player x, because he could of mugged him or did any other thing like raiding, etc.

Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.
After finding out that Player y did kill player x within a few lines of the logs, I would check the times on when Player X was killed and if they was in the 3 minute time zone, I would then warn Player y for NLR, New Life Rule, I would also explain to Player y, what he did wrong, and tell him not to do it again.

Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided
I would ask Player x in OOC what jobs they are that are raiding the bank, if he was a banker, and the jobs that were raiding were cops, I would teleport to him and explain to the cops that they would not be allowed to rob the bank, but if they were Gangster, Theif or any other criminal job, I would leave him alone and explain to him that criminals are allowed to raid his bank.

You should choose me because I am a very trustworthy person, I enjoy playing on this server and I would like to take my experience on this server to the next level, this is why I am applying, You should choose me because I am quite known in this community and I enjoy playing and having fun with everyone in this community, You should also choose my because I try to be as active as I can and I know that If I was moderator I would active a-lot more, I know that you might have alot of applications for this rank, but I believe that you should choose me because I know and others might now that I am the best for this position, You should also choose me because I often find my self making f1's and most of the time the players get punished, I would also like to help in the cutting down in the number of F1's by responding to as many as I can, and that is why you should choose me.

Second, the only reason you got unbanned, was because Chute said it, I dont know if you guys are friends or not, but I know people who did much less than you did, and got a worse punishment. What you said was disgusting in so many ways, a lot of families are in ruins because of cancer, and you are only 16 years old, and you sit and think it's okay to say what you did, because it was IC. Like I said, if you ever get staff, I will quit the server with no doubt.

Hello, I have applied and I want to forget what has happened in this time before my application, we all make stupid mistakes in our life, and that was mine. I've made it up with Jabbe and hope to make it up to the rest of you, My apology is here.

I want everyone who is in the meeting to forget about what I did, and think of me for the good things, I've done.
I hope that you all take your time to read my apology and to see that i'm truly sorry, I hope this will be able to change all the negatives to me now to nothing, so that I can forefill my dream in becoming staff here at ZARP.

Even though the video shows this guy as a bad person I still think he should get a chance as a mod because this player helped me and a lot of other people out on the server from cheering people up to making them in game money. He knows all the server rules by the looks of things and I think he will be a good addition to the server staff. Very skilled player.

I think you should wait a week and people like that who say them sort of things whether roleplaying or not should really build back up relationships with staff

As we all know he said something wrong and I was very shocked and upset to be honest that someone would say that but now I've came to terms that we all say bad things once in our lives and if you guys don't you will one day I really hope Brandify that you never say that again and I'm sure you won't because you have learnt now I'll give you a but if I hear that again sorry man but I'm going to change it asap.
