What is Ghosting? and give an example: Ghosting is when a dead player gives answers to an alive player example:on helix if a dead player says the code that could be ghosting.
If another player (who is dead) Tells a player (who is alive) which door/pillar/combination.

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?: If a player is being disrespectful I would gag them for a map if they are using mic or mute them if they are using chat and if they continue i will warn them.
If they are mass disrespecting i will kick them, if the player joins back and continues i will bring it further to an admin.

Why I should be chosen: I think I should be chosen because I would stop the rule breakers which some staff(un-named) dont do anything about, I also dont like being on servers with no staff but i get this i will not need staff to play.
I have spotted alot of broken rules when staff have been in the game and so I had to remind them.
I am a Loyal and honost Gamer.

You were demoted for multiple reasons, maybe take some time off from the staff team, and play for a while and regain your trust, and then re-apply.

The entire Why I should Be Chosen arc makes me cringe.

As Morgz said, take some time off from the staff team, and if you have any problems with Rule Breakers then take screenshots,take videos or just message a staff member to come on the server. You dont need to be a Mod to deal with rule breakers.

And why is this application in the Deathrun section and not Server Applications?

I'll move the topic, however like they have all said that you should wait to regain trust!
Your whole why you should be chosen part is a lie half the things you say in there you did yourself. You need to just play the server are prove to people that you can be trusted again

I like you doctor and I think you are a nice person, but you recently just got demoted. So I think you should take some time off, regain the trust you lost and be patient.

Normally a nice guy, great activity and gametime, but not trusted with powers as of now. As much as I'd like to +Support you, I can't because of your recent demotion, I'd wait a week at least to prove your self again.
