*Please note* i have tried to look for a pomotion application from moderator to admin for zarp
if i have made any mistakes please feel free to let me know so the application can be edited before the ts staff meeting saturday

Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin.

I feel that my time as a Moderator has contributed for the benefit of players & staff members i have enjoyed helping players
in situation's they may not of know'n about and problems they have faced. my time as A Admin will contribute more as there's times when players need a admin not a moderator and there has only been mods online or on duty which are either busy, A.F.K Or doing f1's so there unable to respond, i can help out by either being able to spectate players who have made complaints about other players and determine a punishment prior to the incident they have caused or accidentally mistaken as a rule which is allowed.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user).

A situation i have faced as a moderator is mainly FDA or illegal bases this is hard to deal with as a moderator as you cannot cloak or no clip to check out a base, i have had to teleport or go to the person's base and give a notice i was entering, there was nothing wrong with the base but the player was happy for me to check out his base, i then continued the inspection of the base and called for a admin to confirm that there as nothing wrong with the base i left and went on my duty as a moderator

If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?

If i had to use FaceBook or any other type of social media site to train a new staff member to the moderator rank i would explain the concepts of the rules of being staff member, which would include being on duty what you can and cant do, keypad checker's and other commands for staff e.g teleport , goto , bring, & back which is not normally used as it is glitched and a bug has now occurred so its best not to use /back, i would then ask if they understood everything any any further questions can be asked in order to help explain in the best was possible, if the player then didn't understand something i would explain i use more of a situation to explain and use my best efforts to make there training the best they can receive
and if he had to punish somebody or use a command they cant get the grip of or getting a better judgment from another member of staff i would tell him he can use @ *message* to talk in admin chat,

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

If someone was to make a ban appeal, i would firstly explain to the player and the staff members on why i used my best judgment and give him/her the ban in the first place if he doesnt understand i would explain more of the rules and why it was he got banned for breaking such rules, i would then consider looking at the ban request and if i feel its not going to be accepted i would leave another comment for a higher rank staff to determine if he should be un banned or use the zarpgaming teamspeak to comunicate with other staff members, if I & other higher ranked staff member's feel that the ban was unnecessary i would look at lowering the ban time or removing it

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words).

I feel that i should be promoted because i feel i can make good progress on helping other staff members when they might need a admin & to ensure that the other players online can enjoy there time and would like to invite there friends and say that they like zarp "(Dark RP)" and they think that the staff are friendly, i also think that it is good to make people feel like they can enjoy themselves and not have to worry about rule breakers and staff members who don't quite understand there right to using there powers in the best way, Not to abuse. I would be going into a college course from this September and thanks to Zarp Gaming i have realized i like to play games and create new idea's with friends to develop a new game to inspire people and i hope they can relate and feel the same, as i have come to realize you cannot have a grate game without staff to help out and defuse situation that can occur and making sure that this game can appeal to all ages not just children and young people.

Additional information: i will be going to college from September to do a I.T Corse & hopefully learn about games designing i will be active during that time wither i get accepted for admin or stay as moderator but i will not be active everyday during that time if anyone needs to message me add me to my steam

i havent seen you alot ingame, i assume ur a server 1 player so i cant judge you on the way you act but i think you should put a bit more effort in the facebook post because alot is left out

i dont know wether to + or - support you as i dont know you, i will judge in the meeting when the other admins tell me what they think so as of now
