What is Ghosting? and give an example:
(Explain in your own words what ghosting is and give an example of ghosting)
Map "helix" My example is "Jems makes it to the code and he pressed the code now he knows the code is 148 and he dies at the laser and he forgot to type the code down so then Kone made it to the numbers and Jems tells Kone the code is 148"
Map "automatic warfare". Ghosting is when a player recently died at the 3rd trap and the runners have made it to the guessing part of the game and the player that died spectates the death and tells all the player that the right one to go on is "left then right then right again then left then right left left" in order to win the game.

How would you deal with a disrespectful player:
(Explain in your own words how you would deal with a player being disrespectful towards another player or staff member.)
To deal with a disrespect full player first I will warn them so they know what they did was wrong and if they continued I will warn/gag the player until map change and give them a verbal warning and if they continued after map change I will kick the player "no need for disrespect" and if they join back and carry on being disrespectful I will call a admin to ban him/her for mass disrespect.

Why I should be chosen:
(Explain in your own words WHY we should chose you to become moderator)
The reason I should be chosen because I play on zarp gaming a lot and I have lots of experience of being a moderator and I will like to help other members of staff and I like helping new people and other people and I like to fix peoples problems and I would like to help keep the server staying like it's supposed to be and some times I go on zarp and i see people exploiting and doing things against the rules when I cant do any thing about it so I would like to sort them out.

I've seen Luffy on quite alot recently. He's respectful and follows the rules, I can't remember if he has any recent warnings (if a staff member could check that would be great).

Gametime and activity is good, only negative is your application is a bit hard to understand. For the most part I can understand it and from what I gather you've given correct answers. Of course you can't just suddenly become better at english so that's not too much of a negative, as long as you can speak decent english it's fine.
