Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.

But it will be still NLR. So i will warn him.

I will say him '' Don't say that in OOC, use gang chat or pm your friends for help.

I should be choosen because i'm helping players for rules and propblems, I don't rulebreaking, i'm very active in server 1, i'm credible guy, i'm not abusing, i'm not disrecpecting anyone[Staffs&Players], i will be active in the forum and teamspeak. in old times, i was rulebreaker , but i'm not rulebreaker now. If you die, you can't comeback in 3 mins. <-- True, but also heavily vague. You cannot come back to the district of your death, neither can you interact with persons from your past life, or hold any grudges. (ex: killing the person in another district to get revenge)

I would ask why he RDMed him, if he say false thing, i will warn him. <-- How will you know it's false? You need to ask player y for a reason first, if it was not a valid reason, or he confesses, punish him. If he claims his reason was valid, proof is required from player x's part.
