What is Ghosting? and give an example:
(Explain in your own words what ghosting is and give an example of ghosting)
Ghosting is where people who are dead and they tell the runners and somtimes the deaths codes,doors,if traps have been activated or not and if they tell them what things are safe and and what is not and also if they tell them what potals to go through. e.g.If Blood was dead and she said to Jimmy the code is 348 and Jimmy tried it and won or died it does not matter if it is wrong or right they tell them somthing.

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?:
(Explain in your own words how you would deal with a player being disrespectful towards another player or staff member.)
I would I would pick out of these terms, gag them,mute them,warn them e.g say if somebody called Jay was giving mass disrespect to another user and he continued giving disrespect I would mute or gag and warn him for Disrespect.It also means that you are not aloud to call anyone names or hurting another players feelings.

Why I should be chosen:
(Explain in your own words WHY we should chose you to become moderator, what makes you stand out? What are good traits about you? (The questions are examples and are NOT part of the template. (This part should be atleast 75 words)))
I should be chosen because I have been much more mature since I have last applied and I will be nice to everybody make sure people do not break rules and if they do I will punish them with a warn but if they carry on I will kick them.I will respect everyone and I will try my hardest to help the server out and I will invite and help new people so the server gets alot more people to play so it is more fun and I will spend alot more time on on Zarp deathrun to come and help out with the server.I promise I will make a great moderator for the server and I promise that I will not let you down!

Application looks slightly rushed, but answers are decent.
Activity needs to improve, you've only been playing semi-actively for 4 days on one of the servers, try to play for another week. Maintain strong activity during this time period.

He is a awesome friend and helpful to others! A really good worker and a good role model! I really hope u make him a mod!!

What's up with all the guys above me exception for Stratiic? How is he trusted with powers if he hasn't even experienced moderator on any Zarp server? Mostly friends by the look of it.

I'm pretty sure that Jimmyprochinn is another account that Ac!d is using just pointing out.

This is about his activity in overall and recent weeks.. Since he only started like 5 days ago again he might not even know the customs of mods; No expierence
I think he asked friends to quickly make an account and say something positive about him.
