What is Ghosting? and give an example: ghosting means you tell the runner what like pice is right when your dead yourself

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?: give them a warning

Why I should be chosen: im not an abuser im really nice im often in the servers im not a perv im not a cursing english kid who has anger problems and i will not give warnings randomly or ban everybody im not like that im just a kid who is nice and wants to have friends and have fun with stratiic and the others in the servers because the mods are really nice to people especially stratiic and you are nice too

Viewing these gametrackers, you have adequate gametime but activity needs to improve. You should probably play another week for another week with strong activity. Example: Play for another week with about 1-2 hours every day at least.

In game behaviour is fine, you're nice and helpful and I'm not aware of any recent warnings.

Ghosting is telling alive runners or deaths information which could potentially benefit them whilst you're dead. I think that's what you meant. And you're going to need a bit of a stronger example. Refer to one of the maps perhaps if it's easier for you.

Remember, being a staff member is also about helping people out, so you should never straight up warn someone. Instead, you should tell them what they've done wrong or ask why the did it. Say how you would tell them how it's wrong to disrespect people and that they shouldn't do it again. Then warn them. This should go for most rulebreak situations with a few exceptions.

Right now, even though there is alot of room for improvement, I know for a fact you're a nice guy in game and very helpful with things like telling people rules and how to improve FPS (although not deathrun related, it still shows your kindness) so that is why I'm going with a:
