Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario.
Random Death Match AKA RDM is when someone with no influence/reason kills someone hence the term random used. So in short you need an RP reason to kill someone.

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario.
New Life Rule AKA NLR is what you get when you die in an RP sense it is put in place because in real life if you did die and coming back to life was a thing you wouldnt remember what happened in a past life and as this is a 'New Life' you cant go back to the district you was in before/just got and kill the person that killed you this is also here to make raiding a little easier because if the person was just respawning and then coming back over and over again then it would be very hard as eventually they would kill you.

Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario.
Metagaming just means you cant communicate with people ouside of the comms that you have in game so you cant give info on people when you are not near them

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.
You would take the two players somewhere quiet and speak to them with respect and just simply ask for both sides of the story and then ask for proof but if there is no proof you cant do anything because you cant for sure know what happened, if they do have proof you review the evidence and see if there is any conclusive evidence that shows that RDM is the case and if it is then you would warn the player.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.
You would once again take the people in question to a quiet place and hear both sides of the story ask for any evidence and if there is none then once youve checked the console and seen that at a peak time the kill is a few lines apart at a peak time you would assume he has broken nlr but if he has evidence it makes the decisions a whole lot easier and they would get a warning.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided
You would verbally warn them as it is classed as metagaming

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words).
I think I should be a moderator as I am very very active on the server recently and I work as a customer service rep for pc world so I know how to handle people I can stay calm in heated situations and im good at talking to people so i think I can help a lot, I really enjoy anything RP based and have ran many RP servers on all sorts of games and I have always been good with people and being able to sort things out and see things from both sides of a story so I can help in every situation that needs fixing, i think i can bring a new perspective and a some fresh blood to the staff of Zarp I am not sure why it says i have so little hours on the server because i know for sure i have more than that as I have been a member since 2013 and its coming up to being 2 years being a member and what a way to celebrate it than to become a mod

I have seen you once, that time you randomly opened fire on my car when we were in it. You don't seem active and your app is rushed and needs formatting.
