A little note, I have used a few different names, I've mainly played on server 2 since at first I had troubles with the map on server 1 and I've just stuck with server 2 since then.

Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario.
Random Death Match or RDM is when one player kills or tries to kill another player for a non-rp reason.

Example: Player X spots Player Y running around in spawn, Player X then shoots Player Y unprovoked.

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario.
New Life Rule or NLR is a rule that stops players from acting upon their previous life whilst IC. It also stops them from returning to their place of death within a specific time.

Example:Player X kills Player Y during a raid, Player Y returns to the base within the NLR timer or acts upon his previous life in some other way.

Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario.
Metagaming is the usage of OOC methods or chats to broadcast IC information, or the usage of OOC information whilst IC.

Example: Player X calls for backup during a raid using OOC.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player X accuses player Y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player Y killed player X.
I would question the players in an area where we would not be disturbed and ask both parties for their story. If their stories collide I would ask both parties for proof and make my decision based on that. If no proof is provided I'll need to let them go.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player X accuses player Y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.
I would question the players in an area where we would not be distrubed and ask what Player Y was doing in the same area as Player X after being killed. I would then ask for both sides of the story, if the stories collide or a verdict cannot be reached I ask for proof and make my decision based on that. If no proof is provided I'll need to let them go.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player X calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided
I inform Player X that he is breaking metagaming rules then I give him a verbal warning and till him that if he does it again I will have to warn him using commands. If he does it again I warn him accordingly.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words).
I have previous experience as a staff member on other servers ranking from moderator to co-owner, I've played on Zarp for a long time and I would like to contribute to keeping the server clear of rule breaks and other things that harm the RP. I would say that I know the rules quite well with the exeption of the occasional misinterpetation, I as of now tend to report players I see break rules activly and I try as hard as possible to follow them all the time. I take little issue in warning or punishing friends or gang members that break rules. I am willing to both learn from other staff members and teach those that need teaching.

Little side note, last mod app people started asking about the kick for cheating. This was the result of me joining SSRP with some weird hacks I had been using to test the anti-cheat on the server I co-owned.
