Explain "Random Deathmatch" and give an example scenario. Random Death Match RDM is when say someone kills someone for no reason

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario. A police officer is raiding someone and gets killed he then goes back to that location and continues the raid and acts like he never died

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x. Player Y gets jailed for 100-200 seconds depending if he has a history of this

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.
Player Y again if he has a history he will get a different punishment for first time jail/kick 2-4 a ban of a certain amount 4+ perma ban

Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided
Tell the player that as long as the other player is the correct job let it happen

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words).
I should be chosen for a role as moderator because I am loving being a member of the Zarp community and have made many friends by being friendly and helping them out. I would love to help out the server as i always witness RDM's or just general rule breakers and cannot do anything about it but make F!'s which is what I've been doing to help out. I can be online most of the time mainly nights, I like to help out players like i did last night, a new player joined the Zarp sever 1 and came to me asking for help and some money to get him started. I gave him 30k and some advice and he went on his way. I'm a very nice and polite guy that would love to help out the server, i have the potential, the strength to with hold rule breakers... If i get MOD, when doing an F1 from the start i will not finish till its done!!
I don't have any plans to leave this community as it make me comfortable in playing with such great staff and players.

Edit: I saw him in game and he has no recent warnings but I think if he plays very much to saturday he can be mod but i am not sure with this game time promise me to change it..
