Never used gametracker before, I delt I will be using it either. Is it 100% necessary?

Someone new joins the server, explain how you would show them how to Bunny Hop - If a player is completely new, I would first tell them to spectate people to get a basic understanding on what Bunny Hop looks like, then I would send the some Bunny Hop Tutorials as it is difficult for me to straight up teach them basics. Also it would be pointless if tutorials were made but not watched.

Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming - I would first warn them and tell them that they are breaking the rules, if this is general spam or talking in a language which is not English. If they continue, I would first mute/gag them. After a short period of time I would unmute/ungag the player hoping that they had learned their lesson from the first time around, any further times will result in a kick then lead to a temporary ban.

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server - An exploit would first be a warning in-case they have not read the rules, I would tell them to recap on the rules. If they continue and do the exploit or an exploit in the same map after a warning, I would have to kick the player and any further times will be a temporary ban.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words) - I am currently a very active player on the server, currently I am striving to make my way upwards to be able to help in multiple ways to make ZARP Bunny Hop be better than other servers. Currently I am trying to get the server packed with popular maps that a variety of players can play from easy maps to hard. My Bunny Hop skill is decent enough to help players stuck on levels and finish every Bunny Hop map currently on the server. I know start zones and end zones as well as the difficulty on the maps. I am always glad to help on any problems that come across the way for players and admins. I play as much as possible unless a map has been on too long or I have been invited to play another game by a friend.
