Admin Promotion
When it will be appropriate to use the ban command?
Its appropriate to use the ban command when someone is rulebreaking massively, avoiding punishment and keeps disrespecting , Example:
Player 1 : oh u little bi*ch. u fuc*er. your mother s*cks c*ck
Me (mod) : mute player 1 , warn player 1
Player 1 quit
Player 1 join
Player 1 : oh u fuc*er .... fuc*k u!!!
Me (admin) :ban player 1 1000 avoiding punishment and keeps disrespecting

Explain any situation you had to work around in your time as a moderator. How could your promotion help this?
It happend two weeks ago, Some 1 kept disrespecting and swearing, So i muted him and before i could even warn him he left the server, I couldn't call an admin becouse i had to go so i wrote down his name and his steam id and i gave it to an admin at the day after that. The admin told me that i got no proofs so he cannot ban him, If i was admin i cold ban him.


Why I should be promoted (Give at least 75 words)
First at all I LOVE THIS SERVER. Im spending almost 4 hours a day on the server and i never had so much fun.
I met alot of people and make a new friends from the world. i played in gmod for 1 month almost and in all of this time i didn't played other modes (Exept sandbox) and i play death run only on this server.
Second want to make this server a better place. a place that good to be in it and a place that people will enjoy to come back, lot of people on the server appriciate me for my great work as a mod and i want to have more power to make the server to even a better place! ,I know that spammers and trollers will be forever, but ill be too so in this time i want to get them out of the server and make the server a place without a trollers and spammer and all of the rule breakers , Last words, The summer started and ill be even more time on the server then im now,
I know all the commands and i have only 4 warns, I love to communicate with people and i love to help them and make friendships with them.

Your app looks terrible, you didn't use the correct title and you don't seem very responsible in-game.

I don't like being mean but the application is messed up if you could spend more time on it that be great it seems rushed take some time and think use the edit button please.

So until you improve your application Ill put my verdict in

I dont even know how you got DR mod with that app.

You look good for the admin position.
Its just the app that's making this whole thing go down the shitter.

You can make you application easier to read by bolding and or underlining the questions to make it easier and cleaner to read as well as using capitals more often to show the start of a new section.
