What is Ghosting? and give an example: (Explain in your own words what ghosting is and give an example of ghosting) Ghosting is when a Dead Player is telling a runner if the Death Has activated the Trap or is Near it or what button They Pressed it the player gains more advantage and information he coulden't get himself

Bill:what door is it ?
*dead*:player *tells Bill what doors are the right ones*

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?: (Explain in your own words how you would deal with a player being disrespectful towards another player or staff member.) i would ask him to stop disrespecting the staff member if they kept on doing it i would warn them for the reason (Disrespect) if he kept going it after the warn i would Gag(mute) him.After a while i would ungag him if they Keep Disrespecting i would Kick Them for reason Disrespect

Why I should be chosen: i Should be chosen because i'm active and friendly if someone asks a question in chat i always answer to it, i want to make everyone Feel Happy when playing on the server,i know what it feels like when someone is annoying you and i dont want people to feel it, i want to keep the server Fun to play and not someone always ruining it for other People

You need to explain to us what ghosting is, and not where you can ghost.
After that give us an example on a person ghosting.

The "How would you deal with a disrespectful player?" part:
You could explain something about admin assistance too.
