Languages I speak: English , Spanish , German , and a little of Arabic (enough to know sorta what you are saying)

Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario.
Random Death Match is when a player kills another player with out a vaild rp reason.
An example would be someone walking down the street with a lock pick out and a cop comes over and kills him.
Another example would be someone who comes to spawn and kills people
Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario.
New life rule is when you die you forget everything about the previous life.Also you cannot go back to the same district or interact with the same district until the NLR timer is over (3 min)
A example of a violation is when a gangster is raiding a base and the base owner kills the gangster raiding, and the gangster comes back to try again right after he spawns.
Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario.
Metagamming is basically all character related information should not be relayed in /ooc and should conform to the rules.
A example of a violation would be someone saying come bail me out of jail in /ooc
Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.
I would take both to a roof top and ask for proof of rdm.I would listen to both sides of the story.If I believed it was rdm I would explain the rdm rule to player Y and give him the proper punishment which I believe is a warning.If there is proper evidence of say self defense and player X was attacking player Y. Then I would explain that it wasnt rdm and leave it at that.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.
I would ask both for their side of the story and if I confirmed based on evidence that player Y came back to the same district to seek revenge I would do the proper punishment which I believe is a warning, but if say player X was in a different area and provoked an attack on to player Y then I would explain to both of them it would be a different event and not be NLR since its a different scenario based on player Ys new life.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided
I would explain to him that using /ooc for that would be metagamming , and proceed to give a proper punishment which I would think would be a verbal warning.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words).
I think I should be chosen because I have good knowledge of the rules , im mature , and I have previous server admin experience with the old server I use to play on.Play on Zarp is very enjoyable to me and I believe I can improve the experience for everyone else as moderator.Another reason why I believe I should be chosen is that im on pretty late in the night and there was an instance where someone was trolling spawn by placing big props and rdming and there were no mods or admins on , and we were helpless to the trolling people , I just believe I can stop things like this since im on pretty late at night.

Another couple things I would like to add to my application is that my activity for this account has started in the last 4ish days or so because I just came back from a 8 month deployment so this ive just now had the time to start.
Also I have a warning for RDM because I was told by a mod that mutants can kill in PD and I didnt look at mutant rules my self to actually confirm so I got punished but now I know all of the job rules
