Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario.
Random Death Match (RDM) Implies that you must have a reason to kill another person, this rule is used in most DarkRP servers (if not all Dark RP servers). an Example Of RDM would be Jim ( the citizen) saw someone wanted and thought he would help the police by killing the wanted person. this would be Breaking the rule RDM because even though he thought he would be helping the police he still killed a man with no valid reason for killing him.

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario.
The New Life rule (NLR) ensures that when someone dies they cannot go back to the district they died for a specific time (In this case 3 minutes) it also implies that the person who died shouldn't remember his past life. An example of NLR would be, Bill Raids john's bank and kills john during the raid, whilst Bill lock picks the door John Goes straight from his death back to the place he died (the bank) and murders Bill. This would be breaking the rule NLR Because John goes back to his place of death before his 3 minutes is up.

Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario.
Metagaming is when a player uses Roleplay information in out of character system (OOC chat, VoIP). One example of breaking this rule would be, John is a hitman and wants to inform everyone that if they do /hit [players name] that the player that they placed the hit on would die, so he thinks that "// do /hit [players name] if you want someone to die instead of adverting.This is metagaming because he should of made that an advert if he wanted people to know about it.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.
I Would Ask The Reason Of Why He Killed Him. If It Was A Valid Reason I Would Say He Had A Reason To Kill You. If There Was No Reason I Would Warn Player Y For Rdm And I Would Send Them On Their Merry Way.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.
I Would Ask Player X For Evidence To Show If he Did Break NLR And If He Doesn't Have Evidence The F1 Is Over. With A Reminder Of Telling Him To Get Evidence Next Time.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided
I Would Tp To Player X And I Would Tell The Raiders To Stop The Raid Until The Situation Is Dealt With. While In The Situation Sit I Would Tell Player X That Using OOC Which Stands For Out Of Character Is Meta Gaming For Rp Situations Which I Would Give Him Rule 2.3 - Meta Gaming To Read And I Will Give Him A Warning To Not Do It Again Then I Will Return Him And Let The Raid Begin Again.

I Think I Should Be Chosen Because I Love Zarp And Darkrp. I Am A Very Active Member On Zarp And Supportive To The Forums. I Have Had Experience On Many Other Server's Like Hyper RIft I had Admin And Aurora I Had Trusted Moderator.
I Love To Go And Bust The Trolls On Server Especially On Zarp. I Would Also Be On The Lookout For Other Moderators Or Admins Who Could Abuse Their Power's. I Am A Current Rank Of Vip.

lied about his game time, his gametrackers show only 90 hours, not 146-170, last part of the app is very short, doesn't ask for proof in the RDM situation, RDM not described well, didn't say what happened if proof was provided in the NLR situation, meaning the app wasn't checked, which usually means it's rushed, -support
Seems good, I was a bit mingey/nitpicky before, but just make sure you check it before you post it. There are a couple of errors in your app. You seem nice though.
