What is ghosting? and give me an example: Ghosting is when someone who is dead/spectating tells/reveals you the path or says anything to help you win. For Example say that im a Runner and my friend has died, he can tell me where to go so I can win.

How would i deal with a disrespectful player?: I'd warn him then if he continues i'll gag him and IF when he gets ungagged continues i will kick him or ban him for a day

Why i should be chosen?: I think i should be chosen because i have experienced Mod/Admin ranks in servers from different games, and i log in almost every day, I'm friendly with the people and i would love to help new people or even people who play for a year with their problems.
I also think i should be chosen because of the fact that im strict, and i se people already cursing or exploiting etc. and sometimes admins dont do anything, i have also been an admin in a DR server that my friend owned (FreeTehChickens) i was VIP at LifePunch which was only for a month. I would love to donate but here in Greece from the whole Grexit thing Paysafes are not allowed ( ) So i think that if i become an admin, i will be as helpful as i can
