Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario. "Random Death Match" Also known as "Rdm" Is a situation where Player x randomly kills (Meaning kills for no reason.) Player y. I was walking down the street and someone just shot me. <-- This would be considered Rdm.

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario. "New Life Rule" Also known as "Nlr" Is a situation where Player x dies but goes back to the spot he died in. I was being raided, I died and then I went back to continue the raid ignoring the NLR timer. <-- This would be considered Nlr.

Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario. "Metagaming" In my opinion is one of the biggest rules broken. By metagaming you are letting player know, thing that they should not know in there rp life. I was being raided and died. So I called my friend over Skype to tell him that I was getting raided. <-- This would be considered Metagaming.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x. The thing I would do in this situation is ask Player X and Player Y for each side of the story. If the stories differ I would then move my way to proof. If no proof was issued I could not continue the Sit let everyone down and keep my eye on Player Y for the time being.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.
I would research into the times. And if the times were the same I would ask both Player X, and Player Y where this happened. If no proof I would do the same thing and keep a good watch on Player Y. If proof was done I would follow threw, and give Player Y a verbal or typed out warning depending on which warn he/she was on.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided. I would simply wait and see if another ranking member does anything about it and if not I would take action. The way I would do so is by sending Player X a message say that metagaming is fully against the rules and he can not do that. Then give him a verbal warning or typed, depending on what step he is on.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words). Why should I be chosen? The reason I should be chosen is because I am an out going person always looking to help someone. I truly love helping! I have a lot of experience in not only coding/developing, but I have a lot of experience at role play, and administrating. I have been Head admin on two Gmod servers. And mod on two Altis life servers. <-- This is Arma 3. I am a very calm person, and I don't skip right to conclusion. I am a very to the point guy though, in talking and typing meaning I don't like to tell stories, as you might tell xD. I do try my hardest to stop rule breakers at all cost. And I am also on all day, everyday.
Extra Notes: As I said I have been Head Admin on two gmod servers. That is not only it. I have been admin on 5, Mod on 9, and Co-owner on 3. Also Thanks for the support in reading this application.

He is a good guy and can be reliable. He has low playtime so it would be problem but others are fine so im gonna stay 6/10 +support
