What is Ghosting?. Well that is a good question Ghosting is a bad thing to Do in Deathrun. If you are Dead And You Say what button Pressed on and tell everyone what he pressed on Is Ghosting.

How would you deal with a disrespectful player? i would first tell them nicely to stop and if they wont i would Mute them

This has to be one of the worst applications I have ever seen in the way of how rushed it is your explanation of ghosting you were just stalling for word "well that's a good question" who puts that in their application.
All I see in your application is I want to be staff on zarp because i love it not how you listed all the staff positions you were stalling for words there.
