I'd give them a warning first to tell them to not be disrespectful, If they ignore this I'll give them a mute and warning for being disrespectful. If that doesn't work and he keeps on going on in the chat (Don't know if you can mute in the chat) I will give him a kick and another warning.

I think I'm a very good addition to the team as I have a lot of experience with helping people as. I've been a game-master on a World Of Warcraft server called Eternal-wow. I needed to help a lot of players there and sometimes we had people who are Spanish and could not talk English. As that was a very difficult case for me to help them, I tried to help them as good as possible. And I think I'll that's I will be a good addition to the staff team as Zarpgaming. Currently I don't have a lot of in-game time sadly. But I'm really trying to pick up my game time and if I get moderator that will surely help me boost my time. Because I'd like to help players as much as possible. Also a good addition of mine is that I can program a bit. I don't know if this will help me with my moderator 'Job'. But I think it is a good skill to have in use.
