(I know it may not be the best, im trying my hardest and im going to start playing alot more now i have my job schedule worked out. I will be on everyday and helping as much as I can. And I also dont kill too many people so my gametracker doesnt start!)

Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin:

My time on Zarp as moderator has been amazing, I have met so many people and made some new friends. I have read through the rules multiple times thoroughly this past week. I learned how players play and act in this community, I know who to watch and who to thank.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user):

One situation was when a player kept rdming and rejoining. I had to get redpowder to come on and ban the player, if I had ban it would've been much faster and less of a pain for the other players.

If you had to write a Myspace post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?:

Hello (insert name here, example, "muffin") congratulations on getting Zarp SSRP Moderator! We welcome you to the team and are very happy to have you! Today I am going to do a quick rundown of the powers you get during mod!

First will be the teleporting commands:

"/tp (player)" This teleports the player to the direction you are aiming.
"/bring (player)" This brings the player to you, you can also use this "/bring (player) (player2)" to teleport two user together.
"/goto (player)" This teleports you to the player.
"/back (player) (location)" You can either teleport the player back to their last location or the spawn.

Next is the punishment commands:

"/freeze (player) (time)" This command freezes the player where he stands for the time you set.
"/kick (player) (reason)" This commands kicks the player from the server.
"/unbanjob (player) (job)" Use this if a player was wrongfully demoted.
"/slay (player) (type)" This slays the player.
"/ban (player)(time in minutes)" This bans the player.


Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?:

Hello user, I see that this is your first ban, and I am willing to lower your ban to 2 weeks. I suggest you read the rules and to not repeat the prop spam ever again.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words):

I have been wanting to come back to zarp for a while now. I really did regret leaving zarp but i felt I needed to spend more time in FP and help it best I could. After getting promoted to Fp's equivalent to Community Manager, I really wanted to come back to zarp and start helping out. I have over 1000 hours of being staff in Darkrp, and constantly read the rules. I feel as if I am friends with almost everyone in zarp, and enjoy running zarps BHOP and Minecraft server (spoiler). I hope you guys give me the chance to come back! Thanks everyone.

My verdict is ...

In this post i am going to review Granny's admin application and seperate both negatives and positives and give a detailed report with my verdict and tips for the future to the induvidual. I hope you take time to read this post, as i took the time to give you a detailed review.


First view on application : Looks alright
Explanations and answers : Good
Gametime : Not very good, linked wrong gametracker 1-2 hours this week 4-5 hours this month.
Verdict of Part One : - Support
Explaination of verdict for part one : Because of your previous bad gametime at Zarp when you were a admin you were barely on and i think the same thing will happen mostly currently cause of your activity. You also have a lot of responsobilities as a CM at FP, Zarp bhop owner. Are you sure you want another responsobility?



Helping out in-game and forums : I havent really seen you helping people out in-game or on forums.
Behaviour in-game : You never break rules, know them and you are VERY trusted
Knowledge of rules: Mint
Verdict of part two : - Support
Explanation of verdict of part two : Granny, you are a great and trusted guy overall. But at the end you have too many responsobilities and gametrackers to fullfill. When you were a admin your activity was couple a minutes a week. So far i see no change of the activity and gametime which is the main reason for my minus support.
