Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin.

As a moderator I have dealt with all different kinds of problems and reports I am usually on every day of the week for about 4 hours also i have been a moderator for 1 month and 2 weeks I know how to make things fair for all players on the server without making it unfair or abusing my powers as a moderator.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user).

I have been on the server as the only staff member with about 60 players and a bunch of F1's and mass rdmers and rdaers whilst trying to contact another member of staff to come and help me but no one responded for about an hour I warned the small rule breakers and kicked the mass rulebreakers wilst doing about 7 F1's most were about the amount of RDM going on in the server and the OOC flooded with complaints about how i "wasn't" doing my job to sort out their problems, then i finally got a admin to come and help me sort out the servers rulebreakers.

If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?
First off welcome to the Zarp SSRP Staff Team this guild will help you learn all of your commands and systems you will be using to become a successful moderator.

/Tp - Teleports you to the location you are looking at.

/Goto - Use by typing /goto "Player Name" it will teleport you to the player you want or you can go onto the scoreboard and click the player name then click goto under player options.

/Bring - Used by typing /bring "Player Name" it will teleport the player you want to you you can use their name or steam id this can also be accesed by going onto the scoreboard and clicking the player and clicking bring under the player options.

/Kick - Use by typing /kick "Player Name" "Reason For The Kick" it will forcefully make someone leave the server where they are able to join back again after this can also be used by going onto the scoreboard and clicking the player and clicking kick under player options.

/Warn - Use by typing /warn "Player Name" "Reason For The Warn" it will warn the player for breaking a rule after 3 warnings they will be kicked and after 4 warnings they will be banned for a hour.

/Slay - Use by typing /slay "Player Name" "Reason For Slay" it will kill the player who you want to slay it can also be used by going into the scoreboard and clicking the player then clicking slay under player options.

/Freeze - Used by typing /freeze "Player Name" it will freeze the player you want making them unable to move this can also be used by going onto the scoreboard and clicking the player and clicking freeze under player options.

/unfreeze - Used by typing /unfreeze "Player Name" it will unfreeze the player you want after freezing them.

/Back - Used by typing /back "Player Name" this will teleport the player back to the location they were at before you teleported them to you.

/Backspawn - Used by typing /Backspawn "Player Name" this will teleport the player back to spawn.

The F1 Menu - Accessed by clicking F1 on your keypad this will show you all of the current F1s that need handling right click on one and select handle then you will sort out the players problem then you right click again and click Finish F1. You can also check the logs by pressing "loggings" where it will show Arrests,Kills,Suicides,Deaths,Warrants,Name Changes,Job Changes,Disconnects and Hits if you are looking for something specific then Type the players name into the "Search The Logs" Bar and it will show you all of there recent events. (Beware the logs reset every 5-10 minutes)

F6 Menu - To access press F6 on your keyboard then get the players steam id you want and type it into the search warnings bar to see all of their warnings,bans,kicks,slays.

Unban From Job - Access by going onto the scoreboard and clicking the player you wish to unban from a job then
click unban from job under player options and select the job you wish to unban them from.
