What is ghosting? And give an example:

Ghosting is telling someone who’s alive that they don’t know when you’re dead, this could be a code, telling the spot of breakable floors or even the position of the deaths.
Example:

(Map: Dr_Minecraft)
Player 1: Goes standing for the portal.
Player 2: Watches wich button has been pressed.
Player 2: Tells player 1 which portal has been pressed.
Player 1: Goes in to the good portal and can go trough.

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?:

If a player is disrespectful to a player, I will give them a warning and tell them to stop being disrespectful. If this doesn’t work I will !warn or !gag/!mute them to punish the disrespectful player. If it’s too much for me to handle I will contact an admin or headadmin. I am really loyal and I got a lot of admins and mods in my steam friends.

Why I should be chosen:

The reason I should be chosen is because of my loyalty and respect against other players. I am good working together with other people. I have played a lot of time in the death run server while I started in the vacation. I will be a lot online while I have vacation. I have good communication with not only the Zarp players but also with the Zarp admins and moderators. I am very responsible and I think I will be a great help for the Zarp death run community.
