Bhop Related

Someone new joins the server, explain how you would show them how to B-hop.
I would first tell them to type !tutorial, if that didn't help i would then go into detail on how to gain speed and how to strafe. If they wanted more, i would tell them to look on youtube for some videos and give them some good bhoppers to look at.

Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming.
I would first tell them to please stop. If that didn't help, i would then warn them. I'd then mute/gag them if they still did not stop.

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server.
I would first tell them to stop, and then i would report the issue to a higher staff member. If they did not stop, I would go on to kick them, if that did not help. I would ask an admin to please ban them.

Why I should be chosen.
I think I should be chosen to be a moderator because I think I am well liked on the server and i spend a lot of time on the server, I think I would be a very good moderator and I would not abuse my powers in any way, I will use them for the good of the server.

Extra Information: I started bunny hopping on Counter Strike: Source about 2-3 years ago and I think I am okay at it.

While the answer is good enough; If you were me, I would explain it myself. The question does say "explain how you would show them how to B-hop.
