What is Ghosting? and give an example: Ghosting is when 2 Players (or more) are say (by Dethrun) what jump the trap is.

How would you deal with a disrespecful player?: I make him attentively about it and when he/she doesn't stop i give him a warn.

Why I should be chosen: I like the Sever(s) so much and i know the most commands for kick or warn and so on.
The Players are fine and i like to support somebody and yeah ,I hope it's okay!
