I'm experienced Staff on DarkRP and know how to deal with Rulebreakers. I've been promoted to SuperAdmin before I resigned.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user).
In my Moderator time I've had problems with Mass RDM. A couple of guys decided to troll and just RDM everything in their sight, all I was able to do was kicking them and/or warning them until they're banned for 1 hour. I had to gather evidence and report them all to make sure they're banned when I log out.

If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
I'd get another Admin to discuss the ban, talk about what he did, If he sounds apologetic and how long he has been banned for already. Then the other Admin would reply to his Appeal either with Accepted or Denied and ask Forum staff to lock the Thread.

I used to be SuperAdmin on DarkRP and used to be very active back then.
Now I decided to join back after a long break. I've been playing the whole last week to get up my activity before applying to proof that I'm actually playing and willing to serve as Staff again.

Usual day at zarp... But wait, nexize applied? The SSRP GOD is back! I have known Nexize for 8 months now and im talking to him almost everyday and he is extremely friendly, mature ( Most of the time ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°) ).
