Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario:
Random Death Match is when an innocent player, without a valid reason, shoots another player, usually killing them, and if not, is considered 'Attempted RDM'. For example, P0rtalshooter comes up to me with a shotgun and shoots me in the face right as the round starts. Even if I was a traitor, having not done anything, this is considered RDM. RDM is also when a Traitor kills another Traitor in any circumstance without the victims permission. Although, if you die to another traitors C4, this is not RDM, as you can see it on your HUD.

Give three examples of an acceptable KOS and its scenario:
One example could be someone standing by one or more unidentified corpses. Bare in mind they must be acting as if they are not going to check the corpse. For example, Jim_Jam is stood by 6 unidentified bodies, and makes no effort to identify them. Or he runs away, this is KOSable.
Another example could be if the detective gets DNA from an innocent/detective corpse and follows it to another player. This allows the detective and other innocent surrounding players to KOS the culprit.
A final example could be if somebody has an AWP or other T weapon and has not explained in the voice-chat or text-chat beforehand that they picked it up from a traitor. This is KOSable.

Give two examples of unacceptable KOS and their scenarios:
One example could be if someone is acting suspiciously. For example, I see TomTV shooting the ceiling and therefore KOS him. This is unacceptable.
Another example could be if a friend on Skype is killed by a Traitor, but you have not actually seen the Traitor commit any crimes yet. Even if you know someone is a Traitor, you must actually see a person do something consistent with the actions of one to KOS them.

Why I should be chosen (longer answer expected here - at least 75 words):
So, why should I be chosen? Why am I writing this in the first place despite my 15 warnings? I'll admit, I am sometimes a little immature. I am constantly having crowbar fights with LineLiar, Lord Ainsley Harriott, and TomTV. Yes, I shoot the odd explosive barrel when I know I shouldn't. But not once have I ever shot someone in the face for absolutely no reason. And even if I did, I have multiple admins that know I would happily slay myself the next round if such a thing were to occur. A few mods and Admins have suggested that I become a Moderator on the server, because I am a regular, and in Max's own words, a 'good guy.'. And to an extent, I agree. I sometimes come online and no Staff are there, and someone is Mass RDMing, and the only thing I can do is report them, or hopefully kill them if they attack me, and all I think is, 'If only I could do something rather than wait for the Staff to come online.' I think I am generally well liked on the Server, and would be firm but fair as a Moderator. For example, if a friend blew me up and it was RDM, I would let it slip because TTT is about having a laugh. But if someone just shot me in the face and didn't even make a joke about it, well then I would be firm. Motivational-Wise, when I was younger I would often find myself quite insane when I got power. But now I have matured, and don't really see it as much more than a minor perk to a gamemode I love. Its more of a motivation to help you guys out.

So, in conclusion, I do sometimes RDM, I do sometimes call False KOS', but at least i'm honest enough to admit that. And I guarantee I would not abuse my power as a Moderator. If you guys don't think I should become a Mod, cool, no problem. It doesn't affect my life anyway. But if you would love to have a regular player help out on the server and take the load off, then sure, i'll be happy to help. And yes before you start spamming my post with 'OMG 15 WARNINGS AND YOU HAVE RECENT ONES TOO!' I know. And I know there is a big chance of me being denied, I am not blind, but still, thought I would chance it anyway.

Me and you have talked maybe once or twice. I said that CandyFlossKitty, in the very short time that I had seen her, had been a bit serious. How you call that disrespectful I don't know, but I do not feel like you have the right to judge me on such unjustified grounds. Did I call her a name? No. And can you prove that I swore or called her anything? No. I have nothing against her, and considering you saw 2 minutes of me despite me playing this server for what, 6 months now? And that is enough for you to warrant this kind of attack on me? Then honestly, I think thats unfair.

You seem like a fun guy and play regularly, make sure you show you can behave yourself this week and we'll see!

Heya Alex, I've read your application and this is what I have to say.

I have seen you numerous of times on the server and I have seen your growth from your usual immature, 'shoot-happy' personality to a more collected and mature person. You don't try to make others feel bad anymore with pointless and rude remarks, but you try to let everyone have a fun expierence on the server. You know the rules well and your activity is spread out enough to consider you an active and regular player.

I do have to make a note though, judging from your application you know that you sometimes perform 'accidental' RDMs. I have seen these happen a few times. When they involve me I usually forgave you after your answer of your report, but you have to know that if this happens with other people and they do not forgive you after I cannot let it go unnoticed, nor can any other Staff member. So I expect that you will NOT do these accidental RDMs anymore as they may pose a great danger for your Staff carreer once you are accepted as Moderator.

Also a final note, and the note which cannot really go unnoticed is the incident Walrus is talking about. Walrus, even though you were my senior I have to say that your proof which you showed us considered nothing of validation to prove that Alex did anything wrong. You may have witnessed him saying 1 or 2 'rude' things about Candyflosskitty, but we didn't and we wouldn't know he did as you didn't prove it. And thus I cannot see why even you, Max, would therefore judge his application as a -Support and go be all disappointed about him. Surely trusting an ex-staffmember whom was high ranked is a safe thing we can do, but we need to act objectively and with the proof we have of the wrongdoing.

In short:
Positives:

• Friendly and mature guy
• Knows the rules well
• Activity is superb

Negatives:

• Your accidental RDMs may cause a problem for your Staff carreer

Overall, my verdict is +Support. I hope you can improve on the negative trait I have given to you. Don't waste my trust.

Planning ahead with your posts is more better than saying some kind of God knows what I've read in your second latest post. Ironically I said that seeing as I didn't plan ahead with other stuff.

Perspectives can seem quite dreary should I say. Did I say I don't like you? I only mentioned your attitude and disrespect, nothing less nothing more. Never said that I didn't like you thus will by all means necessary sabotage your application with saying something random with no evidence to back it up. So to sum this up. Yes I hate some people, but I never remembered putting your name on the list.

Also please don't always subject your ideals with the manner of oneself's tone.
