Time on the server: While I am not sure of how many hours I have, I have been apart of Zarp long enough to have been on the server quite a while before you got your custom map.

Dark RP related:
RDM is where someone kills someone else without a valid RP reason. An example of this is if someone kills someone for a joke, because they are their friend.
NLR is new life rule, this is where the person who died cannot return to the place they died for a given amount of time. An example of someone breaking this is if someone has their base raided and they return to the base straight away.
Metagaming is where people use out of game communications or OOC to talk about things that are in game. For example if someone is kidnapped and they announce it in OOC that is Metagaming. Metagaming can ruin the RP in this way.
RDA is where someone is arrested for no reason. An example is if a police officer arrest a player who is a thief but not doing anything wrong.
Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x. I would ask player y why he killed player x and if he has any witnesses. If this brings up no further evidence then player y will receive a warning for RDM. I would take the time to explain to player y why it was RDM.
Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided. I would go to player x and explain why what he did is wrong, and that it is Metagaming. I would explain to him that he needs to use /advert for that message. If this is his first time breaking this rule, I would probably just jail him for 50 seconds, however if the rule breaking continues more harsh sanctions will be put in place.
Why I should be chosen?
I should be chosen because I am mature and good at communicating. This will help me to be a staff member because it means I can quickly resolve issues with users whereas staff lacking this skill will find it more difficult to get an angry user to understand. I have a lot of experience with past servers, I will go on to list my involvement with other servers. I have been the following ranks on other servers: Moderator, Admin, Head-Admin, Superadmin, Head Of Staff, Community Manager, Developer and Owner. Therefore I am very knowledgeable about Garry’s mod and would like to bring this wealth of knowledge to Zarp. I want to deal with the people who ruin the RP for the good players of Zarp, I want to make sure the community stays pure, not overrun by rdmers and other kinds of trolling, I want to make sure that the users have a good experience with Zarp. I am very knowledgeable about servers having built my own and been staff on many so this job suits me, I know all the ulx commands so I will not need teaching any of those, I am a mature person who has a lot to bring to the Zarp community and I would like to use my past experience to become an even more experienced staff member with Zarp. I will respond to f1 calls, and I will not finish until all situations are resolved. Even if I fail to get mod, I still plan to continue playing on Zarp, as it is a mature community however I feel sometimes response times can be slow, I would like to speed up the time a player can be responded to, I will do this by responded to sits fast and dealing with them efficiently, I will stop rping if there is no staff online or not enough staff online, I will give up my RP for the benefit of the other players on the server, as they are what makes Zarp the great community that it is.
