When it will be appropriate to use the ban command?
It would be appropriate to use the ban command when somebody is repeatedly breaking rules, avoiding punishment, an example of this would be :

Jeremy : "F**K YOU BOB!"
coolh02 mutes Jeremy
coolh02 warns Jeremy for the reason : Disrespect
Jeremy leaves the server, his Steam ID is : STEAM:12345
Jeremy joins the server
Jeremy : "F**K YOU ALL, THIS SERVER SUCKS!"
coolh02 bans Jeremy for the reason : (Mass disrespect and avoiding punishment)

Explain any situation you had to work around in your time as a moderator. How could your promotion help this?
Many times during my time as moderator i have encountered problems regarding my powers, one such time was like this:

Player A : "I'll shut down this server, we are anonymous, we do not show mercy, we do not forget
Player B : "This server is a fountain of sh*t, and you mr coolh, came out of it"
*Contacts an admin*
Admin Joins The Server
Admin Bans Player A for reason : (Hack Threat)
Admin Bans Player B for reason : (Mass Disrespect & Trolling)
coolh02 : THX <3<3<3

Why I should be promoted (Give at least 75 words)
I want to make a huge difference in this community, i applied for and got the moderator position, which has made me so happy, i can not describe in words how much i appreciate you all for selecting me, but i can only do so much, if i become admin i can make a huge impact on you all.
I feel like a cog in this massive contraption that is ZARP, and it is GREAT!
With the summer holidays coming up, i will have a TON of time to keep this server flowing freely and make sure everybody is having fun.
