Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin - How i fell that my time as mod will contribute me to admin is by the experiences i have had with rule breakers. Also i have came upon a lot of rule breakers that need to be banned but i can only kick so it was difficult for me to handle the situation.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around - The hard thing i had to work around was dealing with multiple F1s but im the only staff on. So it was difficult for me to do then while there are 9 F1s to do. But ive managed to do them all successfully.

If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp? - I would first start off with How to TP some one. Then i would teach them how to return the person back to his original location. After that i would teach him/her how to handle F1s. I would create a test F1 so they know how it is and get a feel for it. After that i would teach them how to freeze somone. I would suggest them to do it in the tab menu. Then i would teach them how to kick. After that i would make them learn how to slay people but tell them slay is not to be abused it is for punishment requirements only. I would show them how to unban a person from a job. Lastly i would teach them how to bind there TP so its is faster than typing it.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be? - That you have broken a rule that might have caused lag for other players and that you should of read the rules properly.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words - I should be promoted because it is going to be more simpler to handle f1s. And when there is a RDMER around killing people and i tp him to warn him he kills me. so i have to find his name in a huge list of people and freeze him then TP him to me. Which is time consuming and hard to work with. So i think its simpler to just freeze him with my physics gun. Also i have come upon many situations that i needed to ban a player because hes either mass rdming or prop spamming to crash the server. So i would like to become admin to make it more easier for me and better the zarp community. Thank you have a great day.
