Random Death Match or RDM is that you kill another player without a roleplay reason.
Example: Player Johnny hates Player Harly because they once had a fight about NLR, Johnny sees Harly on the street and shoots him through the head.

New Life Rule
If you get killed you must forget everyting about your previous life, because you were killed, you can go back to the location of death after the timer
of three minutes in the top of the screen has ended.
Example: Johnny has a base and Harly raids the base, Johnny dies during the raid and he doesn't want his printers to be stolen, so when he respawns he
immediately runs back to his base and kills Harly.

Metagaming
Metagaming is as a player uses the Out Of Character (OOC) chat for in character purposes.
Example: Harly is getting raided and wants the police to help, so instead of using /911 he uses // I need help at the fountain! im getting raided by Johnny!

Explain how you would handle the following situation: Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.

I would bring both of them to a roof so we can talk without being disturbed, then i would ask Player X of proof that, if he has valid proof i would
warn Player Y, if not i would ask Player Y if he has proof of not doing it, if both of them has no proof i will trust the console completly and warn
Player Y for RDM.

Explain how you would handle the following situation: Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided
I would Pm Player X about that he can not tell that in OOC and ask him to do /911 for that.

Why I should be chosen
Im maybe not the oldest player, but I know the rules well and I like to help people, I have played alot on this server
and I played for a long time, I always try to let other people follow the rules but I can't do so much now to help
people and let them follow the rules.
I come online everyday (exept for this vacation, then i'm sometimes a week away.)
I have alot of warnings on my name, but from every warning I learned, and as far as I know I don't have 2
warnings for the same thing.

Just stop doing this, these are all probably alternate accounts anyways, and it wont even make a difference, the guy is bad moderator material.

Also, I do not care if you guys have your own gametracker, you can just search for anyone on the gametracker who hasn't got a forum account, make a forum account under his name and just steal his gametracker.

And our admins can check your IP, so i do not care if you are doing this, you will get caught if you are.

Gametime/Activity is alright.

Expand the following:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x

Missing the following:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.
