Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command.

One situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command would be when a player leaves after he RDM'd and leaves before he got his punishment. Player A kills Player B without a good reason and it is classified as RDM. (S)he then leaves shortly after before getting his/her rightful punishment. This would be an appropriate time to copy paste his/her Steam ID and ban him'/her for RDM + Leave. If this person leaves in the round they got slain, it also counts as leaving to avoid their punishment.

Another situation could be that someone is continuously RDM'ing but staying for their punishments. This would make them Mass RDM'ing on the server, which is not allowed either. If this person keeps Mass RDM'ing then an admin has the right to ban him/her before waiting for him/her to leave. In this case a 2 week ban would most likely be appropriate.

A third and last situation where a ban is appropriate is when someone is cheating/hacking in some way or form. When someone uses hacks to make the game unfair for the other people in the server, this will be a bannable offense and the person will be banned by an admin. The most used hack that is visible is a speedhack. Whenever you see this person speedhacking you can immediately ban this person permanently.

Hello [player x],

Thank you for taking the time to create a ban appeal. It seems like you were permanently banned for cheating on the server. Let me remind you that this sort of behaviour is not allowed on the server. Since you've put so much effort in this ban appeal and are legitemately trying to get unbanned to play fairly again, I will unban you. Do not repeat any hacks or cheats on the server again and there will be no more further problems.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words).

I have proven before I resigned that I can be a reliable admin. Before I lost interest in the gamemode about 2 months ago, I was always active and you could always count on me to come on the server and solve problems they were currently having. I always punish people fairly and am never biased to anyone, when any bias would apply I would let a fellow staff member do said report. I always try to be nice and happy on the server and like to joke around with my fellow players. Now that I am recovering interest in the gamemode again, I would love to really help the server out again by being an admin. I think I am ready again, and while my activity lately is far from great; I have proven previously that I can be very active and reliable. I have over 200 hours of gametime and am fairly well known by most people in our little TTT community. I hope I can come back rocking to my ex-fellow staffmembers and bring some skrubbyness to the meetings again. I missed you all and I hope that you guys would like me to return again.

Yea... This question needs to be edited soon or quick as possible; you have to discuss the ban with another admin and that admin will post the verdict.
