Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario.
Random Death Match (RDM) is where a player kills another player randomly without a valid roleplay reason.

An example scenario is if I was a hitman and went around killing players without hits just because I am a hitman as that does not give me a valid reason to go around and kill players thus is is RDM.

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario.
NLR is when you die you cannot go back to, or interact with, the district that you died in.

An example scenario is is I was killed in the fountain district I would not be allowed to enter that district or interact with anyone in that district until the 3 minutes is up.

Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario.
Metagaming is using out of character information for in character exploitation.

An example scenario is saying my base is being raided in ooc. Another example is someone saying they are at the fountain and they have a hit so you go there and kill them as a hitman which would be using that informartion which, granted, should not have been said in the first place but it is still considered metagaming.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.

I would TP the player that made an F1 and get his side. I would then ask the player in question for his valid RP reason for killing the player that submitted the F1 and if it is concluded that he did not kill him for a valid reason he would get a warn and if it is concluded that it was in fact a valid reason he would not get a warn and it would be explained to both parties and if there was picture or video evidence that would also be looked at and considered.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.

I would tp to the player and ask him what happened. I would then talk to the player in question and ask him where he was killed and if he indeed broke NLR. I would see if either party had picture or video proof and I would examine it and once I have gotten all the information I needed I would either find the accused party guilty or not guilty based on the proof and each parties side of the story.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided

I would tp to him and tell him that is metagaming and that he cannot call for help like that. I would tell him he is free to PM anyone he wants but that cannot be stated in OOC.

Why I should be chosen.

I should be chosen because I am a long time ZARP member and have been staff for a very long time. I resigned a while back and I have since gotten a new computer and returned. I know how to handle myself as staff and I have a great amount of experience in being staff on this server. I am a very loyal staff member and have never left for another community or betrayed this communities trust.

Over the past 3 weeks I have been very active playing on the servers and have reported many rule breakers. There were some rule changes while I was gone but I have gone over all of the rules and I am very familiar with them now. I have been very active for the past 3 weeks and will remain active.

There was a week period where I was playing under a different name, Nelliville, because I was considering changing it but I then changed my mind and changed it back to Jacknelli.

I will include gametrackers to both profiles so you have my complete activity. All in all I have been working on gaining back trust as I have realized that I lost it from some people here. I am back for the long run and hope to see you all in game soon.

I have played ~4,160 minutes since I have been back which equates to approximately 70 hours. I will let my activity speak for itself. Not to mention ZARP's baseline activity before being accepted is 50 hours. Oh and that's total server time and if you want to go there I have 899.39 hours of that.

Surely there will be alot of people arguing that Jack has "Broken his trust" As a super admin, true, but; It appears to me that Jack has changed and matured in the time that he has been gone.

I feel like he should atleast be given a chance to prove that he can be a decent staff member at a rather harmless moderator position, which he by the way was for a whole year before things went the wrong way, a factor that people tend to forget.

Great application, activity is decent and gametime is great. First and foremost, we'd like to thank you for making the effort to apply for a rank on the ZARP Semi Serious DarkRP. Your application has been discussed at an administrative meeting, and from there it has been voted on.

Unfortunately as more staff members voted 'no' than 'yes', the application has been denied.

The meeting host has taken some criticisms made by the admins and provided you with this feedback:

The staff team feel like you need to improve attitude towards other staff members.
