Age I am 13 but i am turning 14 on July 27.

Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin. I feel that as i have became a better player on Zarp and i thought it was really cool being a moderator and i think that being a moderator could help me prepare to be promoted to a SSRP administrator and as an administrator i could handle a lot more situations.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user). One thing that i thought was a really hard thing to do is get the player to listen because i have had to an admin many times for a player not listening to me. For example i would be raiding someones base and he is prop blocking the door, i tell him to remove it many times but he doesn't listen i have to call and administrator in @ chat. I just believe that it is a hard situation.

If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp? First of all as a moderator you may teleport as you wish with an F1 at hand, you may not teleport around the map while role playing. Next you can not warn someone without the player having valid evidence of the other player breaking rules. Do not abuse your powers in anyway like slaying someone over and over again etc. Next don't warn a player if your friend tells you someone RDM'd him in skype or any calls etc. For example skype- Bob-Hey john this guy RDM'd me can you warn him?John- Sure ill warn him!. The player has to have valid proof.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?[/b] I would let him off the hook and unban him. Then i would tell player x the next time he prop spams or tries to crash the server i will permanently ban you. I would do this because i would think that he actually cared about playing on the server an i would give him a second chance to prove him self.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words). I believe i should be promoted to an administrator because i have done a great job as a SSRP moderator in my opinion and i think that if i were to become an administrator it would be easier to handle F1's and help out the SSRP community. I also think that i should be promoted because i think i have shown that i can handle being a great administrator. And as an administrator i can handle a lot more situations that i have ran in to as a SSRP moderator that i could not handle with the limited powers i have as a SSRP moderator. Also i think that i am very well responsible for handling this big opportunity of being promoted to an SSRP administrator. I hope you guys take this application in to your consideration!
