TOPIC: [SSRP Moderator] *Bartark's Application*

This is a new and updated application i have check all parts, feel free to give support and feed back on anything i have missed thanks. Also i have added a Deadline date if a few admins/Moderators decide how long i go without warnings if how ever it may get voted on on the 04.06.2015 then you guys may decide to give me a extra week to improve myself in game on active member on fourms.

Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario.
A RDM or "random death match" is when a player kills/damages a players health untill the player has no health and dies
player x walks up to player y with no reason player x kills player y

Example: player X was killed trying to raid player Y player X then later see's player Y out of his base and by the banker causally withdrawing money player X then runs across pulls out his gun and says "you killed me earlier now you are going to die" then player X shoots player Y killing him. This is R.D.M because you cannot kill Randomly in the street unless you are either being shot towards or being attacked by a hit-man this is also R.D.M because he Revenge killed him back without a Reason.


Explain new life rule or "NLR"

New life rule or "N.L.R" is when player Y is killed by player X player Y is then no longer allowed to enter the same district they died in.
Give a example of N.L.R is used: Player X kills Player Y in a raid at player Y's base player Y then returns to the point of his recent death I.E his base to shoot the player who killed him and also to protect his base. This is N.L.R because the player must Not return to the point of death or in the same district. Exception: Police are only allowed to break N.L.R to the bank or to the P.D no other job title unless zarp staff in a f1 are allowed to break N.L.R


Explain what Meta-gaming is

Metagaming is talking in /OOC about a raid or meeting another player

Give a Example of Metagaming: player X say's in ooc "player Y lets go meet so we can raid player Z. This is meta-gaming because it is not allowed chat like it is described as "Meta-gaming" they must use /pm to talk to another player without any other player knowing

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player X accuses player Y for RDM'ing him/her, the console log shows that player X killed player Y.

Example of how to treat that occasion: player X accuses player Y of RDMing him/her the console will show that player y killed player X. I would then teleport player
X to the roof and say to him/her "hello i am here for you're F1 how may i help you ?" then player X would explain the situation on how player Y RDM'D player X. I would then ask the players for proof and if player y say's that he was mugging/kidnapping.
If the player did not give them the money or talked whilst gaged i would ask for proof of the /me as players must use /me to mug or kidnapp and must be in a secluded area and if it is not warn/jail player y and explain how the rule works

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking N.L.R, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.

i would Teleport player X and say "hello i am here for you're F1 how may i help?" player X would then explain the situation. Ask player X if he/she had any proof of the person die-ing in the same district and then Teleport player Y and ask why player Y broke N.L.R.
if player x is right and the logs are showing player y die-ing in the same district i would warn/jail player y and explain the rule and how they broke it

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player X calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided

players who ask's for help in ooc is metagaming i would teleport them and give them a verbal warning if it happend again i would warn/jail him.
This is metagaming and it is now allowed and is only allowed to use /me to talk to individual plays


Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words)

i am a very active player on Zarp DarkRP and i realy like the server and the game mode i first started when my friend told me about zarp they said it's fun
so i started playing for a few hours a day i then realised how i liked the server and reguarly started to play when i first started having some issues with
the rules i was trying to catch people out and report them to admins and moderators being that there was no admins or moderartors on during the time i was
playing i started catching more people rule break and decided to hand it in.
after that i realised how i was in F1's with others mutiple players and decided that i would be a good staff member for the server i used to play other mmorpg games
and used my time to moniter other servers for my friends games and then became admin on there server's too i have alot of experiance on handling F1'S and would not
break the rules to make sure another player has there revenge as that would be abusing the rules i would also not use my powers to abuse any players as i know the consequences of my actions
and i know my staff powers would be removed

Application has improved which I give props for that.

You're focusing too much on that situation; it's just what you do if a player RDM'd another player; but I know what you mean.

I don't know how many warnings you have.
Seeing how you didn't receive any comments on here and/or what to improve, I went on and did it.

There's no "deadline". You apply for this week and if denied, apply the next week.
You can always say that this application is for next week's meeting.

thats what i have done ive set myself a deadline so if i dont have a reply within this week ill probbs know by next week as im trying to improve my game time and my attitude in game and i aslo asked a admin quoting metagaming i did not know what else to say tbh and thank you for saying i have attempted to improve my application i do find it hard sometimes writing stuff like this, also if i do get a reply can i have read power to quote me on my app i will feel better as i know i have support from red power
