Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin.
During my time as a moderator I have learnt most things in the book, like how to deal with rdm f1's or mass cdmers etc so I feel I could do more like ban mass rdmers!
I have also spent a lot of time doing f1's, My daily goal is around 10-14, I will do more than this depending on how many there is, so if there was 6 f1's I'd probably try to help out the ones with the highest priority.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user).
Well one of the toughest moments I have had was when I was looking at the logs and I noticed that this guy had killed another person twice within ten seconds, so I tped to him to take a look and asked what happened. He gave his side of the story and I went to the person who was killed twice and asked him how he was killed within ten seconds without breaking nlr, he gave me a whole different story about how he was walking down the road and he got randomly rdmed. I then went back to the person who had killed the player and asked him if it was true, he denied everything so I brought both of them onto a proof and tried to get the bottom of this, the user who had died after a while just told me to forget it and ran off the building so I guess that sorted it out.

If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?
This is what I would probably say.
Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

I would firstly look at there warning history to see what provoked the ban in the first place, if they had multiple warnings (more than 3) about propspam then I would lower there ban to three weeks, if they did not have a warning about then I would lower it to only one week as it's there first ban.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words).
I should be promoted as I feel that it's time for me to move up on the chain. I spend most of my time on darkrp and I am sometimes limited to the things I can do as a moderator (I can't cloak, Noclip,stop propblock etc) so it can be very difficult at times. I also feel that I have contributed a lot of my time to SSRP when I have it. I also want to have the ability to spectate people as I sometimes feel like somebody is rule breaking but I can't keep an eye on them without showing myself. Lastly, I have made a lot of friends during my time being moderator and most of them have now become admin and I would like to join them in that role as well.
