When it will be appropriate to use the ban command?
The ban command is appropriate to use when players are constantly breaking rules, persistently trolling, being very offensive, harassing others/staff, or being really disrespectful. Players also trying to avoid warnings or any other punishments (such as gag or mute) by leaving the server should be banned.
Some examples include but are not limited to:
Repetitively Exploiting: Player has been slain/warned for exploiting, and continues to exploit, ignoring the staff's warnings.
Offensive/Racist speech : Player continues to say racist/offensive things even after being muted/gagged.
Trolling: Player continues to trap spam, deathavoid, or mic/chat spam even after being slain/warned/muted/gagged.

Explain any situation you had to work around in your time as a moderator. How could your promotion help this?
There were a few situations I've had to work around as a moderator. One time was when a player decided to repeatedly AFK. This player would pretty much purposely join so he can AFK and even told me "Don't kick me, I'm going to AFK" almost every time he joined. I warned this player, and this repeated a few times. A promotion would allow me to ban this player next time for constantly AFKing/point farming. Another situation was when one of the players were trolling and decided to exploit and trap spam. I was the only staff on and all I could do is warn and kick this player, even though he persistently re-joined the server. With a promotion, I could ban the player who does this next time. One more situation is when a player decided to say some extremely offensive and disrespectful things to everyone on the server and left the server. I had to contact an Admin+ to ban this player. If I had a promotion, I could handle this myself and ban the player for avoiding warns and for being extremely disrespectful/offensive.

Why I should be promoted
During my time as moderator (which will be 2 weeks by next meeting), I've learned that it's a great responsibility, and there is always more to learn. I'm honored to have this responsibility, but in some situations there's only so much a moderator can do. There were times when I've had to call an Admin+ for help(for example, a player continues to break the rules and ignore warnings). I believe this shouldn't be necessary because I'm more than capable of handling these situations myself. As I've stated before in my moderator application, I'm experienced with running servers and keeping everything under control. I've dealt with many trolls, I've handled crazy situations, I've kept rule breakers out, I believe I'm prepared for what's to come. Helping others and maintaining a positive environment is always what I strive for. My only duty is to make sure everyone has a fun and great experience on Zarp's deathrun servers. ^-^
