What is Ghosting? and give an example:
Ghosting is where someone were to leak information about the current game who is not alive to someone who is still alive.
An example of ghosting is where the death has chosen 3 blocks to break out of a possible 6, The person who is ghosting would notify the person who is alive of what blocks the death has chosen to break so the person who is alive will not step on them so they can survive.

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?:
If someone were being disrespectful to a player or staff member I would politely ask them to stop, If they were to stop I would take no more action. However, if they were to ignore me or not hear me I would give them a second verbal warning and after that if they still had not stopped I would give them a warn / kick / ban depending on what they were saying, Like if they were saying something to do with racial discrimination I would ban them for a short time.

Why I should be chosen:
I should be chosen as I have much experience on Deathrun servers as over the 750 hours I have played I have spent roughly 400 hours on Deathrun and I thoroughly know all the rules being as I have checked them on the forums. I feel I am mature for my age and can take situations responsibly using the correct punishments at the correct time. I also can have fun with all members of every age and I always give people a second chance if they haven't committed something worth banning for. I am also currently a Bhop moderator so that backs up me knowing how to moderate a server correctly.
I also feel I can do good for the Deathrun community and make it a better place. Thank you for taking your time to read my application - Adam

Hello first of all you cant apply just for server 1.

Positives
-Application looks ok but moderators can't ban you might want to change it and you should add the questions for the first part.
Negatives
-You joined 15th of June so you are still kinda new.
-Gametime is not good.

Going for a -Support

I understand where you are coming from and my game time isn't great at all, but I definitely wouldn't say my activity was bad as I am on the server for around two hours everyday

Ok. I'm not quite sure what has happened there being as I have played on the server at least an two hours everyday for the past week. I have spoke to RedPowder and he has said just put on your application that the gametracker times aren't correct for you so that's all I really have to say.

Good application but you're almost newtake some time on the Deathrun server.

As you've only started playing recently, I don't think the Deathrun staff have seen you enough to put their trust in you, although your activity is decent along with your application and understanding of the rules, I will still go with a -Support.

And I'd recommend a name change, "Mike Hunt" isn't exactly what you want people to be screaming when they want someone warned in game.

I understand "Mike Hunt" Isn't the greatest of names but people in bhop and team speak find it quite funny in general so I think I'll leave it for now until a later stage
