What is Ghosting? and give an example:
-Ghosting is telling people things after death,in murderer,after death,you can ghost by change your name into something that will give other players a hint about the murderer:D
How would you deal with a disrespectful player?:
-I would warn him at first,if he keeps disrespecting other players I would mute him or slay him(depends on the way of disrespect)
-If he keeps being disrespectful after that I would give him a temporary ban.

Why I should be chosen:
-I've been watching other admins/mods doing their job and I have been impressed by the responsibility and it surely is exiting and fun to be a mod or an admin on a server.I know this doesn't conserne you,but I have been a helper,mod and admin on bunch of minecraft servers and I have been very respectful to other players and staff members.Being a mod or an admin o zarp gaming servers would be a great honor and it would be fun to call Saiyan My pal(even tho he wouldn't be so fond of it.At the end,i would love tto join their squaaad!

Any warn can be serious; you broke a rule. If it's recent, then you have a high chance of getting denied.

Use the "EDIT" button and don't create a new thread.

Sorry,i didn't know about the mods not being allowed to ban other players,but the rest was fixed I think
and ill be more active,im in a different timezone so u would probably see me at 9:00 or 8:00 pm there,and I play on the Zarp Gaming server 1 and Ill improve the activity on the seconf one

I think you should just play more and try to get more experience about the server because your application is really bad to be honest. Sorry but its a -Support
