I apologize that you found my application "Rude". I copy-pasted it back because the only feedback given from the staff conference was regarding my playtime, so I assumed that was the only issue at hand, given that nobody else reinforced your points about my answers to the questions, you were the only person that mentioned them being substandard and because of that I didn't feel any need to expand on the points. However because it is clear that this has not sat well with you I will revise my points about the game-play related questions.
Ghosting
On the gamemode deathrun, the term 'Ghosting' is used to describe the act of a living player giving compromising information to a dead player. The two most common form of this comes at points where runners need to make a gamble on something (For example one of two doors) that has already had its outcome discovered by a dead player (Through playing himself or via spectate mode). If this player was to then give out information about the scenario, he has ghosted. This is only one example of ghosting however it is the most prominent and persistent form of this rule being broken.
Disrespecting
Disrespecting takes many forms, it can be through direct attacts on an individual, or through more generalised means, for example the use of Homophobic slurs ect. Neither of these cases are acceptable and should always be met with moderator action. If the player(s) whom are carrying out either of these acts are doing it through their microphones then the moderator should gag the player, as to stop him from furthering his attacks whilst you speak with them, and they should then be warned verbally as to what they are doing, and what will happen if their actions continue, the person should also then be issued with a warning through the 'Awarn' system as to tag the player and provide a history on the player for future reference. (If the player is using Text-Chat the same system should be followed but by muting the player rather than gagging them).
Most players will stop at this point, however if the problem persists then additional action should be taken against the player in the form of a kick (With a reflecting reason given to the client). After this if the player rejoins and continues to be a nuisance, the moderator should contact an administrator in order to request a ban and should continue to use their powers to their extent to restrict the rulebreaker from ruining gameplay for the other players.
I assure you that if reasoning for my application being denied was given I would've appended my original app to include these things, but I chose not to. (I'd also like to point out that I'm not a big fan of what the BBcode formatting looks like on Kunena so I chose to limit it to only a hyperlink). Thankyou for the feedback and I apologise if I came across as not entirely serious about my application, I certainly am.
