What is Ghosting?:Ghosting if your gonna ghost you atleast have to be dead or its not ghosting but ghosting is when a dead player tells you like if your choosing an portal and he tells you whats the right one thats an example ghosting is what happends much and should be warnd right away

How would I Deal With Disrespectful Player:If hes begin rude i would tell him to stop at first if he would keepon then i would warn him and gag or mute then next map he would be keeping on i would kick him then he joins back and begin to be rude i would call an admin to come and ban him gag and mute him until the admin comes on after i calld him

Why I should be chosen:I know ive been trolling last days and i know rulesbreaking is fun to me and all that i know that you guys dont really trust me for mod i understand that but still im doin this apply alright i whant to be mod and i can be responsible to be one but i know that i have to show it to you first so im not expecting to get mod this time but i will mabye if i change my play and start following rules even if i do sometimes and i warn many people if they break the rules and i see them do that so if theres no admin on i will try to have some admins on my friendslist to call when someone is breaking the rules

I'm gonna check and review your application.

First of all, could you please remove all these smileys/emojis (however you call that) at every line ? It makes your application awful to read. Also, we need your current steam name. Not your steam account name. To avoid any problem (as hacking or anything) I'd recommend you to change quickly what you put as Steam Name (if it's indeed your account's name).

I've got confused by your explanation of What is ghosting. Please, try to make it more clear.

Expand/improve How would I Deal With Disrespectful Player part by mentioning kick command and Admin's help.
Also, you didn't mention any of your warnings.

Overall gametime is ok.
Application seems a bit rushed/needs improvements.
Activity is very low. (But I guess that's because you changed your name a lot those last days). For what I saw, you're activity is pretty ok.
You've been trolling a lot.
Thinks rulebreaking is funny.
Have two recents warning. (One for chatspamming on server 1 from today, and another from 2-3days ago for micspamming/trolling). Maybe more, that's the only one I'm awared of.

I'm not gonna list every bad points about you but I'm gonna simply talk about you.
First of all, I obviously go for a -Support. Asking for getting warned, chatspamming then denying the warning you got from chatspamming saying it's not valid, and then saying "I want active warnings and trying to get mod with recent warnings" and make that as a "challenge" isn't really serious.
You have to be awared that being staff member isn't for "the lulz" and there are rules you have to respect. If you don't respect them as a player, I don't expect from you to respect them as staff nor to make them being respected.

I won't change my mind until you start being more mature and stop breaking rules.

That ban you got was def. not "a mistake", you were a massive rulebreaker and troll. And considering you are still getting warnings for that after being on the server for over 9 months, I don't think you are staff material at all.
