Ghosting is when a player says the location of a prop or says were to go in deathrun when the player is specing,like in the map of minecraft when the teleports he says the right one to he cheat trough the map.

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?:i would ban him for some days and then unban him to make him think twice before disrespect other players, i would mute them if they dont stop mic spaming i would warn them in 3 warns then il
ban him from the server for quite some time.

Because i get online every day and i want to help other moderators i would like to be friends to other staffs because im a good friend i want to all the player in the server to be respectful and dont want them to hack player or exploiting.

You mis a lot of parts on your application. Try to fill in those parts and don't bold everything. Only bold the questions, so people can read it a bit easier.

First, could you please edit this and remove the all bold text ? It's awful to read.
Then, edit the title in "[Deathrun] Boos Shark's Application]".
Your GameTrackers links aren't correct but as you recently changed your name I believe you don't have any (as I couldn't find them). If I'm right (and from what you said in game) you were name Shark before, right ?

Could you please expand What is ghosting part, fix it and give an example ?
How would you deal with a disrespectful player part is completely wrong. A moderator cannot kick for days (which is called a ban). Fix it and mention kick/gag/mute/warn commands.

Why I should be chosen is way too short.
Also, edit and delete that last part about Admin Promotion which doesn't concern you.

Application is rushed.
Gametime and activity are both very low.
