What is Ghosting? and give an example: Ghosting is telling someone alive something that they don't know when you're dead. Such as where deaths are, what traps are activated and so on..
Before warning, or muting him i'd explain to him that you can't ghost, and why. If he then apologises I wouldn't do anything. If he does it again i'd warn him. and mute him.

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?:
Its very based on what he would be doing/saying.
If the player would be shouting at people, swearing/harassing them I would warn him, then gag him.

Why I should be chosen:
I should be chosen because I enjoy playing on the Deathrun server, the players on there are very friendly and fun to play with. I'm sure I would do a great job administrating the server, and I would never abuse my powers.
I have several experiences in being a staff on servers. (currently SA on FPRP)
I do my best to communicate with all the players, and if necessary I help out the people that needs my help.

Played a bit with you an you seem like a nice, mature guy. Furthermore it is clear you can be trusted with powers as you hold a SuperAdmin position on FP.
Your gametime if you continue to increase it daily should be ok by Friday (DeathRun meeting at 7pm GMT aka British time every Friday) but other people always have different opinions on how much gametime is sufficient before applying.

Please, expand What is ghosting part by explaining your example instead of just putting one.
You didn't mention Gag and Admin help on How would you deal with a disrespectful player part.

I don't know you as I never met you in game, or only once so I couldn't really tell about you. Your activity is really low so let's see if you play much during this week and let's see how you are in game.
I'm going for a -Support for now until I know you better and you get a better activity.
